I came to the restaurant hoping for a burger. But they were not able to serve me safely. They stated they only have 1 flat top they cook all the meat on. I’m allergic to salmon and beans as well as gluten. So they were uncomfortable preparing any protein for me. I was thankfully able to enjoy a salad.

Between the gluten free menu and the nutritional pdf. I was able to find food that was safe for me to enjoy. They really like to use soy in most of their sides. If you have other allergies find the pdf. It makes life easier, than being sick. I got a steak, side salad, and asparagus. It was definitely food. I was very hungry. I’m glad I had food to eat.

I am gluten intolerant so I am always afraid about eating out, however this is an amazing place to go! Everything is prepared separate from the buns (which is the only thing that contains gluten) I ordered the single layer lettuce wrap with Cajun fries! It did not disappoint! This place was awesome! We ordered the meatball appetizer, a gluten free veggie pizza and a white chicken pie pizza and all of it was really delicious! But the holiday drinks were next level! We had the gingerbread White Russian, the White Christmas and the hot cocoa and they were artistic and super delicious! Brandy was our server and bartender and she was excellent!

Tried Amy's a couple of days ago and I was impressed. When we first entered, I wasn't sure as the atmosphere is kinda bland. This could be a work in progress. But... the employees greeted us promptly and in a friendly manner. The menu offers several selections and they all sounded great. They also offer gluten-free pasta, just request it if that's what you desire.
The hubby ordered Alfredo with chicken and I ordered the Diablo (very spicy) pasta with chicken. They were both great. The bread was also good!
The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive.
There is a full bar but we did not order any bar service.
Can't wait to go back and try something else!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Pub W in Norman, Oklahoma, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. I have Celiac disease and Crohn's, so I take my dietary restrictions very seriously. When I ordered the filet with balsamic brussel sprouts as a side at Pub W, the staff assured me that it was gluten-free and safe for me to eat, even going so far as to mention they have a separate fryer specifically for the brussel sprouts. However, to my horror, they did not clean out the fryer basket, and battered and fried onions were mixed in with the brussel sprouts. This is something I specifically cannot have due to my condition, and it was a major oversight on their part.
I immediately informed the bartender, and she sent over a manager who filled out an incident report, apologized, and seemed genuinely concerned.
As a result, I spent the next two days in severe discomfort, having to take time off work to recover. This could have been avoided had they been more diligent with their food preparation. When I called the following day to speak with a manager, I was told the General Manager would reach out to me, but unfortunately, no one ever did. The only actions taken were filing the incident report and comping my meal. However, I never received an apology or any follow-up.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-through is inexcusable. Had I eaten any more (I only had one bite of the onion), I could have ended up in the hospital. It's not just about the physical toll this caused me, but the total disregard for my health and safety as a customer. Given this experience, I believe they should remove all "Gluten-Free" indicators from their menu if they can't properly accommodate guests with dietary restrictions.
A go-to-spot acclaimed for its delightful twists on tradition, consistently smashing it and drawing in raving, repeat clientele.

I give this rating because overall this is a great place to eat, however the gluten free menu options are not actually a gluten free option as one would expect or anticipate. Instead of supplying an alternate gluten free bread item they are simply omitting the item to make it gluten free. To me this changes the dish and isn't being as forthcoming and helpful to the customer base with omitting over substitution.
