We ordered off grubhub and the service was amazing. She called us and made sure she knew what we wanted gluten free, and the food was ALL amazing. The menu is just phenomenal, I've never gotten to experience Chinese food fully because of being vegetarian and this place is amazing for anyone who wants to eat dim sum without meat. Has become the special spot for my girlfriend and me. They secretly have amazing gluten free pasta and we come to share! The apps are hit or miss (we’ve had their carrot salad and it was great, the octopus was a let down) but the pasta always hits! Not a bad call for brunch too. Cocktails are nice, especially the slightly salty espresso martinis! Their affogato and pistachio soft serve dessert options are a must! Found out today after ordering the same thing for months that I had been told was not cross contaminated with gluten (I have celiac) that it *is* cross contaminated. Another employee then tried to convince me that no, it's not cross contaminated, it's just *potentially* cross contaminated (whatever that means). Also received conflicting information about another menu item that I had always been told wasn't gf. I'm used to incompetence from the service industry in Philadelphia but this really hurts because I had thought I was safe eating here and it has been a comfort treat for me ever since my diagnosis. Now I'll never go back and will tell anyone who will listen to do the same.

My husband and I tried to eat at this establishment with our service dog who is trained to detect gluten. We were rudely interrogated about what disability the dog was trained for and when we shared it was celiac disease the woman at the hostess stand insisted that celiac was not a disability covered by the ADA, which is wrong. Even after I explained that I am a lawyer and could report this business, we were refused entry. I don't know what the food is like here, but the staff is misinformed and discriminatory. I have filed complaints with several regulatory bodies to see this addressed.

Known for it’s outstanding food, service and atmosphere, JG Skyhigh did not disappoint. Located in the Four Seasons Hotel, it’s the very top and you take an express glass elevator to the top floor. I’m not a fan of heights so I stuck my face in the corner of the elevator and held on until it was over. Greeted by a beautiful lobby and a spectacular view and a seat by the window, my husband and I took it all in. Our server, Alicia was knowledgeable, personable and helpful making gluten free addendums for my husband. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent experience!

Hosted a bachelorette brunch here and I cannot stress enough how perfect it was! The food was impeccable (the French toast and breakfast enchiladas and steak and eggs were the crowd favorites) and the restaurant and decor are totally adorable. They fit our entire reservation of 10 very comfortably and had good options for our vegan and gluten free guests, not just saddling them with salads. And the star of the show was the wait staff who were extremely attentive and friendly and when they found out we were celebrating they even surprised us with a little treat at the end! 11/10 will be my go to for hosting from now on!
