I called ahead and did a pick-up order. My burger and fries were delicious! I chose a turkey patty and GF bun. Best gluten-free bun I have ever had! The staff was friendly when I entered for pick up. Bartender had no knowledge of whether or not any of the cider beverages had gluten or hopps and said "it shouldn't but I don't know" of which is not a good enough answer to gamble our night on. This was a first for us, but it won't be the last! We made reservations for our anniversary and they did not disappoint. I have celiac so their dedication to help me know what we ate was safe was really great. I had the Salmon and they subbed the chips with the crab dip(shared fryer) with veggies. We went to Bloom to celebrate my birthday. When I checked in, the first thing they said to me was Happy Birthday. The food was amazing. I have a gluten issue and when the waitress approached us, that was the first question for me. One of the items that we had ordered had couscous. The waitress came back to see if a substitution was acceptable.
I had a minor swallowing issue (not due to the food - but due to a current condition). The staff made sure that I was okay, giving me time to digest, checking on me.
The entire staff had a team environment where they supported each other. They truly made it a special night!
