I'm sorry for writing this review, but I'm really disappointed. I ordered the coca tonyina in the first photo, and when I went to pick it up, I found the coca in the second photo. I didn't want to judge its appearance because I thought the most important thing was the flavor, especially the filling. In the end, I decided to write this review because I went to the bakery to tell you how it tasted inside, since I'm a regular customer. Honestly, it has nothing to do with a coca tonyina, neither the flavor of the dough nor what's inside, which was poached onions with pine nuts and a taste of sunflower oil. When I told the owner what happened and showed her a photo of the filling, she told me it couldn't be because it had enough tuna. She's tried coca tonyina where the tuna is poured on top, and the one she sells has it mixed in.
The photo speaks for itself; it has NO TUNA AT ALL and the filling is super sparse. It's a shame that even though we know that in Alicante, WE, THE CELIACS, only have 3 bakeries to choose from, you order one product, receive a completely different one, go to tell the owner, and she responds like that, without even a sorry.
A pleasure to find a burger restaurant with almost the entire menu gluten-free and with a lot of variety. The incredible wings and the luxury burgers, my little one even asked for the gluten-free bread for his burger. The attention of the waitresses was very good and the detail for the little one was very appreciated. We will return for sure 😊

I have been to the restaurant several times and ordered takeout. I order the gluten-free pizza and I always tell them not to cut it, because they use the cutter they use to cut gluten-free pizzas and I prefer to avoid cross contamination as much as possible. But even if I repeat it 3 times, they always end up cutting the pizza. I think they have comprehension problems, because I don't really understand it...
