A very charming restaurant in the center of La Laguna, with excellent service and a varied menu, almost all gluten-free and suitable for celiacs, with no cross-contamination. They have gluten-free bread and beer, and a dessert menu that's breathtaking. The croquettes were delicious, with original fillings, and super creamy and crunchy. All the dishes were spectacular, but that Nutella brownie with coconut ice cream... mmmm!!!! We ordered: Crispy chicken salad (almond-breaded chicken, apple, walnuts, and yogurt sauce) Wild shrimp salad (avocado, toasted seeds, and a hazelnut and bacon dressing) Chicken, cod, and spinach croquettes with pumpkin, raisins, and pine nuts Slow-cooked octopus with lentil vinaigrette, sweet potato puree, and passion fruit sauce Angus beef sirloin steak Iberian secret with French fries, Padrón peppers, and palm honey Everything was delicious. I hope we have the chance to come back.

Almost €4 for a gluten-free sandwich that I just ordered to take away. A leaf of lettuce, a slice and a half of tomato, mayonnaise, half a slice of cheese and that pittance of gluten...I certainly don't plan to go again. Of course, the service was very good and those who assisted me were very friendly, but if you are going to charge me almost €4, don't put me through that misery... A shame because I liked the place, but come on, to get that, I'd rather go somewhere else.

Last night we went to dinner at Gulagu. The food was excellent, but the service was even better. One of my companions was vegetarian and the other had celiac disease, and I want to highlight Aaron's work, who guided and advised us throughout. It's a pleasure to go to dinner somewhere and receive such professional service. We'll be back.

A delicious, fast restaurant, with gluten-free options and large portions. Value for money 10. Also, ideal with children. We liked all the dishes.

Tasty fresh salads every day and the option to build your own salad too! For dessert we had an amazing gluten free cake. Very friendly staff

I'm going to miss coming here now that I'm moving : whenever I want to have a quiet dinner I know I can count on this place. I love the rice noodles and the attention that the staff has always had for me. Especially today, when they have been great to me with the gluten-free options they have (it is not recommended for celiacs because there is cross contamination, but if you can't eat gluten because of others or because you don't want to, there are millions of options). I had an amazing time in this bar! The place is really cozy and you can feel comfortable within minutes after you arrive there. The owner was really friendly and convinced me to try vermouth, which I had tried all over Spain and didn't liked at all. But the one they made in the bar is really tasty, I loved it! I had the shrimp with potato and it was delicious! They also have gluten-free beer, which was great for me. I was alone and really liked that it's easy to make friends in there, the bar doesn't have that vibe that most touristic bars have, like they want your money and that's it. This place have a really local vibe and you can see that people enjoy being there, so I stayed for long, had some great food and made some friends. Really recommend it for travelers that want a great local experience.

Our favorite place. The culinary experience, the quality of the food, the treatment of the staff, absolutely everything in this restaurant is wonderful. We love going to celebrate anything with them, so we try to treat ourselves about once a month, any excuse is good to go to dinner there. A birthday, an anniversary, Christmas, a job promotion, etc. As you would expect from a good seafood restaurant, the prices are in line with what they serve, so don't expect something cheap. Normally we usually order oysters, a seafood platter and my favorite dishes are baked scallops au gratin and crystal prawns. Another point in my favor is that almost everything is gluten-free, they control cross contamination and so far nothing has bothered me. This week we are going to dinner again and I can't think of anything else, how delicious and what a treat. Very, very recommended.
