Great little cafe with plenty of choices. Their gluten free burgers are amongst the best we’ve ever eaten and are safe for coeliacs. Ended up here a few times over the course of our week in Merimbula.
Spoke to Lee on the phone regarding a coeliac gluten free pizza and he was very informative. Mentioned that they open a new sauce spread when making special dietary requirements and make it completely separately.
Initially we were concerned so didn't eat our order but Lee offered to make a new pizza free of charge the next time we visit.
Wonderful spot to eat breakfast or lunch with the kids. Playground is really close and beautiful ocean views as you eat. Staff were absolutely wonderful. An error with a meal which they were super quick to rectify and then personal apology from both the server and the person who took the order. Strongly recommend this place as a must when travelling through the area. I had the risotto which was amazing, highly recommend as a gluten free meal and the best margarita on the coast. Children were very happy with their own meals as well.
Amazing Mexican food! Great atmosphere and service, catered very well for gluten free dining! The cocktail 🍹 are amazing too! Highly recommend if your in Merimbula and your GF!
Coeliac friendly, my wife is a coeliac they took extra special care in preparing her meal, which was lovely, staff were just wonderful…highly recommend👍
Super friendly staff who remembers locals and always have a huge smile on their face. Lovely view near the beach side with a great breeze. Vegan + gluten friendly always happy to help. Will be back soon!
Really lovely experience. All the food was delicious and lovingly prepared. The crispy potato side is a must. The only thing I did not like was having to ask which meals were gluten free as they are not marked on the menu (but are on the website). I always feel more confident ordering when this information is present. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service attentive. We will be back.
One of the best batter I have had for fish and chips if you are not coeliacs, definitely try this place. However, it is not coeliac friendly even if they claimed they have GF options. ( We saw recommendations from a coeliac/GF group) Their staff member confirmed that the chips are GF but they use the same fryer with the gluten ones. How is that GF options available with all of the cross contaminations.coeliac partner ended up just having a piece of grilled fish
