Really lovely experience. All the food was delicious and lovingly prepared. The crispy potato side is a must. The only thing I did not like was having to ask which meals were gluten free as they are not marked on the menu (but are on the website). I always feel more confident ordering when this information is present. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service attentive. We will be back.

Tidal has the most gorgeous views to sit and eat a fantastic meal with a personal feel. Their seafood is incredibly fresh, and cooked to perfection. Tidal was able to cater for my gluten free needs, with no compromise on flavour. The staff and chef were excellent to chat with and it was great hearing about the origin of the restaurant. The 180° views of the water can't be found at any other venue in Merimbula. Will definitely visit again!
