Really good at accommodating Gluten-free diets. Cleaned EVERYTHING before making my food. Get their Gluten-free bread toasted with cheese...and ask for extra oil and vinegar...get some sides of mayo, even better, chipolte mayo! The bread soaks up a lot, so you need extra condiments.
