Some of the food was very mediocre, unseasoned unsalted tasteless. The food looks really good in the pictures but honestly, it needed a little bit more development. The gluten-free waffles were really great and the creams were really good. Some of the bowls or salads have pretty fresh ingredients, but lack a lot of taste. Most people were getting the breakfast options. They looked really good, but those are pretty straightforward. The coffee was really good and recommended.
The place is super packed on the weekend so be prepared to wait in line and to wait for a table . Atmosphere is really nice coffee shop vibes and usually a lot of young kids running around on the weekends as well.

INCREDIBLE! Super delicious, and exceptional service! As a happy Blaze enthusiast from the East Coast, I was originally disappointed in mostly all Blaze locations in LA County (I've been to pretty much all of them), because there was mean and rushy service across the board. I routinely would get bad reactions when simply asking for a gluten free pizza and vegan cheese.
That all CHANGED today when I visited the Culver City location, the environment was welcoming and clean, a totally different feel entirely! When mentioning gluten free, the server grabbed new gloves and made it a very smooth process, smile on his face included. I felt like a happy and appreciated customer! Stop in and see for yourself, you will love this Blaze location specifically and I am happy to say, this will be my Blaze of choice in LA from here on out, I'm so glad I visited it!

I strongly recommend Sara the Wine Bar on Sepulveda in Culver City for anyone who enjoys wine and Italian cuisine.
I fell in love with the gluten free Polenta! Under the hot plates section and only $13, the home-style corn meal is on a bed of homemade bolognese sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese, which can be left off if you’re lactose intolerant.
The service is top notch and they have a good amount of indoor seating, as well as a bar. To make a reservation, call during their business hours - they open at 5pm.
Bottles of wine are 10% off, so our group shared 3 of the chilled red 2020 vintage of Domaine de Fenouillet Ventoux, Rhone, France, which went from $44 to $40. If you’re going with multiple people, I recommend saving and splitting a bottle.

Culver City's Holy Cow employees and manager are super nice, helpful people, and the food that I am able to eat there with my food allergies is darn tasty. The folks there know the food well, so can guide you through the menu to help you avoid what you must. Tonight I had tender and juicy -not dry- ribs, plain grilled corn on the cob, and greens. All were simple and tasty. If you avoid gluten, soy and dairy, you can use the Texas and Carolina Mustard sauces, but tonight the ribs were moist and flavorful enough not to need and sauce at all.
For those seeking a gluten-free dining option, this spot offers a thoughtful approach with dedicated preparation protocols to minimize cross-contamination risks. The friendly atmosphere and versatile indoor and outdoor seating create a welcoming environment, while the focus on fresh ingredients and satisfying flavors ensures that even gluten-free subs deliver a fulfilling experience.

I am a Celiac with high sensitivity to cross contamination. I ordered from here today and started walking home when they called me and let me know that a newer employee used the same knife as with regular bread and that they'd make me a new sandwich. A simple mistake and very impressed with their follow-through on protocol. Excellent service.
