The cook is mixing the regular dough for the pancakes with the gluten free. I ordered gluten free pancakes and I am extremely sick. A gluten allergy can put someone in the hospital. The hardest It can affect someone is for at least 3 weeks, but it stays in your system for a months. Tell your cook that he’s one ignorant piece of c.
I really appreciate that they offer gluten-free options for people like me with gluten sensitivities. They have a variety of dishes that are delicious and safe to eat. Some of my favorites include pad see ew, broccoli chicken, satay chicken, cucumber salad, and mango sticky rice. My husband loves the chicken katsu, yellow curry, and Tom yum wings. Everything is so yummy!
I love love love this place, always good service and delicious food but bummed they got rid of the gluten free menu for some reason. Still offers gf options but you can’t see it in the menu and one time I came in the server didn’t seem confident in what they can alter which made me nervous
My friend and I visited with both of our service dogs after bingo and I must say this was the most accommodating and kind establishment I've ever been to with my service dog. The hostess purposely chose a table with room for both dogs and even moved extra chairs out of the way so the dogs would be more comfortable. The staff ignored the dogs, which is exactly what they should do. I've had trouble in restaurants where staff would try to interact or talk to my dog when they shouldn't, but this wasn't an issue here.
The food was also amazing. Fresh and authentic without being over priced. My friend was easily able to find gluten free options as well. All in all, a great experience and I will be back and recommending them to everyone!
After the holidays I've realized how badly I LOVE and rely on this meal prep service. I've got a lot of dietary restrictions Gluten being the biggest one and never had any reactions to their food.
Highly recommend them.
A group of us had lunch to celebrate a relative's birthday. The hostess was very helpful and accommodating. The manager even came to speak to us about how they prepared special dishes for a few of us who were gluten sensitive. She was very friendly! Our server, "C", was super nice and patient because at times we were all chatting and distracted. The two people that brought our meals were super sweet. One was a lady with her hair pulled back. I wish I could remember her name, because she was very helpful, but everyone was super nice! As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised with how good everything was because honestly--Olive Garden hasn't been in my top ten since the 90's when it comes to favorite restaurants, but this one may be the "go to" location for my family and future birthdays. My dish (the grilled chicken margherita) tasted just as good as it looked in the picture! I was going to get a glass of wine but then I noticed that the peach raspberry iced tea was about half the calories, and it was really good! I never finish my drinks, but I did today. I will say that there were a few little brown leaves of lettuce in my salad, but I just tossed them to the side, no big deal. It was delicious.
I love the gluten free pizza. But I don’t think people with celiac could eat here so be warned about that. But if you have a minor sensitivity or just trying to cut gluten out of your life get the gf pizza. It’s soft and bubbly like the real deal. It’s the best gf pizza in town. It is a bit expensive but it’s worth it.
We got the gluten free protein waffles and pancake combos, the green chili enchilada, and cucumber basil lemonade. All were AMAZING, enough to come back and leave a review a few hours later, and enough that I didn’t take any good pictures of the food when normally my motto is “the camera eats first!” I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to eat here again!
