So I have autoimmune disease called Celiac Disease and that means gluten and me do not get along at all. This place has great gluten free reviews and was super excited coming here. Well now I am about ready to lose my mind. I asked my usual questions concerning gluten free items and preparations for their food/drinks. I ordered a CIDER and got served a BEER without hesitation. This is actually absurd. When somebody asks you about gluten free items and safety precautions and then immediately within 2 minutes get served a gluten containing item, it’s just actually ridiculous. The server was apologetic and kind but not knowing the difference between beer and cider is disheartening.
Go to spot for lunch. Food is always fresh and a great way for me to eat healthy and feel full after! Plenty of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
Amazing service with Daniel, he was very attentive, fast, and friendly. Great food as always, cooked well and not a long wait. Great options for gluten free, both mains and sides.
My family had an amazing meal at Cowfish. As someone with gluten sensitivity, it's so hard to find safe foods. It was very comforting when the waitress asked if anyone had allergies before even taking our drink orders. The menu has something for everyone & there are some very interesting combinations. All-in-all, the food was delicious & the atmosphere was very fun & celebratory. We had a wonderful time!
I found my new go-to spot! I'm looking for healthy spots to eat (mainly gluten free and dairy free options). The food at Happy & Hale is not only healthy and meets my dietary needs but it's also SO DELICIOUS! Everyone working at this location is extremely friendly and makes you feel really welcome and at home. I met the owner and he's super friendly as well! Try JP's gluten free desserts - you will not be disappointed!
Always good food and such reasonable prices omg! Lots of clearly marked options for gluten free (and vegan) with apps, entrees and desserts. Love it here!
Overall: A
This is one of the few places that I’ve had the chance to visit at several locations and the experience has been amazing each time. I’ve come with friends or one on one with my wife, it’s been great each time.
Food: A+
The food is excellent for breakfast and brunch. It makes it also a great healthy choice if you want gluten free choices (they can accommodate you).
Service: A
The service was great and friendly. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. Honestly, that depends on the location and when you decide to arrive. But the hostess was friendly and welcoming with a big smile. The staff at this location seem to be young and energetic. The food didn’t take too long to come out and was very attentive to our needs.
Ambiance: A
It’s a very casual place. No need to dress up. Lively, but not too noisy. The music is there but not too noticeable. Big windows that let a lot of natural light in. We’ve eaten both outside and inside; you will enjoy it either way.
Price: B+
Obviously, perception of price is relative depending on your income. But I’ve been to couple similar style restaurants, and I would say that the price could be perceived as a little high to some for just breakfast. For two, you might pay around $45-60 (tips included).
Parking: B
At this particular location, parking is somewhat difficult because there aren’t that many parking spots in front of the restaurant. But there’s a big parking lot several feet away, so it’s not too bad.
Restroom: N/A
Unfortunately, I’ve never been to the restroom each time we’ve visited so I can’t speak on that.
The whole place seems to be well cleaned and maintained.
Overall score: A
Highly recommend this place! 😊
P.S. Our server name was Jacob (with glasses). Very nice guy!
I met a client here for a morning coffee meeting and it was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
The entire restaurant is gluten free, which was fantastic to learn. They do have some vegan drink and food options, but not many. Macadamia and Almond milk are the plant milk options.
I got a hot Golden Latte and added a shot of espresso. It was delicious!
My client got a smoothie bowl, which she loved. Please note that all of the smoothies contain whey protein so they are NOT vegan, but you can ask for the plant protein as a swap instead.
Overall, the atmosphere and experience were very enjoyable. The only thing that would make this place better was if they incorporated more inherently vegan/ plant based options in order to cater to a wider variety of people.

Exquisite. Surpassed my expectations. The restaurant is gorgeous. The food is outstanding. I highly recommend the KOZHI VEPUDU and the Yellow Tail Red Snapper Coastal Curry, especially if you require gluten and dairy free. Both were amazing! The staff is wonderful. I loved that the owner and chef both came to check on us throughout the night. Tamasha is the best fine dining experience I've had so far - better than Parizade and G58! If you're on the fence - visit Tamasha first!

Been here a couple of times with great experiences. Cute shop beside lots of places to walk and shop. Very beautiful products that taste lovely as well. I look forward to trying out their gluten free options for when my family is in town. The peanut butter icing is amazing and my kids loved the red velvet cheesecake and raspberry lemonade cupcake. I look forward to trying their tiramisu.
I have always loved this place they meet gluten and vegetarian digestions. Their menu is short yet diverse and they change it on a regular basis. The quality of food is good. However, the portions can be on the smaller side, but is plenty enough for me not likely to have any to take home
Got their unique pork burger with the candied bacon and blueberry ketchup on a gluten free bun. It was absolute perfection and a great size. Gf bun was also good. Not the Udi brand that falls apart. Gf crème brûlée Cheesecake was also good. Thank you!
The Foie Gras was excellent and I also had the duck which was fantastic. My wife is gluten free and could order many things off the menu (she had the scallops). We also had cocktails which we were so glad we ordered. I had the Le Frutier and she had the Black Rose (she downed it in two sips). We finished with the Chocolate Blomb which was flourless so my wife could have it. If you are a chocolate lover, it's a must get. It's great for a date night and we will be back.

Hit and miss. Typically order on Friday afternoons as family treat. Sometimes gluten free items taste fresh and other Fridays my GF brownies are hard and dry, GF lava cake hard and cold, while GF guava muffins overly sweet even for a sweet tooth like mine its too sugary. Also a hit and miss with Chow Hound delivery coupons that are not honored as told that bakery is not responsible for any coupon code irregularities. Hope for more consistency in product quality as when they are fresh, they are good.
Amazing food! My party shared the fried ravioli and bruschetta which was really delicious and I had the gluten free baked ziti. Everything was cooked well and the sauces for everything were delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I will be coming back and highly recommend this spot for Italian food.
I had a great experience at Stir with a friend. We both had the Viva La Astral cocktail, mine with Mezcal and hers with Casamigos Reposado Tequila...and they were *excellent*. I also had the Tuna Burger with asparagus, both excellent as well. Kelsey took great care of us as our server and was helpful in navigating the menu with respect to our respective gluten and dairy sensitivities 👏👏👏 This was my first time visiting Stir, and I’ll definitely be back!
If you are celiac, do NOT eat here. Sickest I’ve ever been. I was told that my meal was gluten free, but there is no way. After getting sick, I researched and saw that many other people have gotten sick here too. Food isn’t even that good.
By far one of my favorite sub shops, such fast delivery and service, you are usually eating within 2 minutes of making your order, sometimes I haven't even finished filling my drink and my sub is ready. A frequent stop for us because the Unwich is perfect for my gluten sensitive wife. I really want one to open closer to my home.
We met friends for dinner this past Friday night. We wanted to especially mention Chris M., our waiter. He was the perfect waiter...always there when you needed him but not hovering. He seemed to just time it beautifully. Also, Chris is great about describing the dishes and helped our friend pick the perfect gluten free meal. The food was fantastic, as always....starting with the appetizer and ending with dessert.
Thank you for coming to North Hills we enjoy your restaurant immensely.
Put this place on your map! A+ lighting, atmosphere, seating, and service. Food is healthy, and you can solidly make something gluten free. Can’t forget to mention really good coffee. Welcome to Raleigh Drift! You will receive much of my business.
