I found my new go-to spot! I'm looking for healthy spots to eat (mainly gluten free and dairy free options). The food at Happy & Hale is not only healthy and meets my dietary needs but it's also SO DELICIOUS! Everyone working at this location is extremely friendly and makes you feel really welcome and at home. I met the owner and he's super friendly as well! Try JP's gluten free desserts - you will not be disappointed!

Great vegan and gluten-free options available. The place is charming and has a Santa Monica vibe. It's clean, the staff is nice, the food is fresh and the portion is good. I had the Incredibowl with added tofu, chick peas and cilantro. It was delicious! The lemonade was also refreshing. Will definitely stop by again when I return to Raleigh.
