I’ve been gluten free for 20 years and I was so excited to have a place to eat that almost the whole menu was gluten free! I had fried cheese curds to share at the table, the gf lobster roll, and gf hush puppies. Everything was seasoned perfectly and delicious! What a gem!
I had the pleasure of meeting Stacey who catered a local wellness event. Prompt delivery, friendly service, and the food was very nutritious and delicious. Highly recommend and loved the gluten free options!!

Barrio's food is delicious, and they have a lot of customizable options for people who are gluten free, pescatarian, or vegetarian. Service can be hit-or-miss; some servers are great, others can be a challenge and/or don't seem to much care about customers.
Most of the time my order is made correctly, but my most recent visit my meal was made wrong. I know the ticket contained the correct info because my friend looked at it before the server took it and remarked upon the particular ingredient that I'd selected, but was never actually included in my dish. Instead I was given a dish containing an entirely different, and quite unpalatable, ingredient.
Vibes are decent overall, decor is cool, and the bar makes good drinks. Can get REALLY loud though when full, and it seems like the just jack up the music when it's packed, making it sometimes overwhelming sound-wise.
We ate indoors on a cool Friday evening in April. Not your typical Mexican fare. I had a poblano pepper stuffed with squash and vegan cheese. I enjoyed my house margarita, best I've had in a while.
Vegetarian and gluten free available.
This is the third place I stopped at for Nachos while in the Cleveland area. Next time, I'll skip the others and just come here! It was hands down the best, love the salsa bar and love the patio and that it was Gluten Free!!! I'll be back!
We love our Daisy Pop’s!! Their pops are delicious, fresh, fun, creative, and so cute!! They even have gluten/ vegan friendly pops!! The Gluten/ vegan pop is a huge deal in our family as one one of my children needs this option!! We also love the themes that come out for different holidays or just because!! Keep doing you Daisy Pop’s because you guys have got it poppin!!
My favorite coffee shop in Kent! Great flavors and coffee options for gluten & dairy free. The staff is so nice and they have great space and wifi for studying or meeting up with friends!
I took my client here and the food was so speedy even though they were full up. I had the bartender serve me and it was great! I’m always there for the gluten free :) and those sweet potato tots! And sorry I can’t seem to find my photos for here but yum!
I told her I wanted a burger wrapped in lettuce for a gluten allergy and she was so nice and made sure the cooks knew and they put that burger in a separate bag to ensure there wasn't any contamination :)
This is my first google review!
*This is for anyone wondering about food allergies/accommodations.*
My boyfriend and I visited Bell Tower last night. We usually don’t eat out due to his allergies/food preferences.
In the past I’ve gone out here with my family and we love it.
My boyfriend has a severe peanut allergy, along with legumes, and is an egg-free vegetarian.
We ordered a veggie wrap and asked for no chickpeas/falafel. When it was served, it had falafel in the wrap. I quickly asked the bartender and they remade it beautifully! The manager on duty (who was spectacular) took it off the bill along with my side of French fries. He also gave us a heart felt apology and promised they’d do better next time. We said it’s alright and we understood mistakes happen. I’ve worked in many food service jobs, so I have a lot of understanding for people in the front and back of house. :)
My boyfriend LOVED the veggie wrap, it was filling, and we really enjoyed our time.
If you are in need of a friendly place for gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, they have plenty of options! In Kent, it’s hard to find places to accommodate and Bell Tower exceeded our expectations ❤️. Thank you again guys!!!
I went on a 2 mile late night walk to here for gluten-free cookies. They were sold out. While I may have left empty-handed, they let me use their restroom so I forgive them ❤ Definitely coming back. Hopefully they'll have gf cookies in stock next time!
They have a gluten free pizza crust that doesn't taste bad, like... Actually tastes good! like I only mourn my dietary restriction some when I'm there (I mean, I can still remember but their real pizza crust tastes like, and it isn't as good as that.) Our servers always ask if it's a preference or an allergy (kudos) and when I was newly diagnosed the server thought of things I didn't, like leaving croutons off the salad.
Really good gluten free pizza and if you use a coupon (they rotate their coupon options, but almost always have something for a small pizza), it's at a great price 😊 very happy to have found this place.
Just had my first order here today, and I have to say, the gluten free pizza with white sauce, roasted red peppers, mushrooms and grilled chicken was absolutely fantastic, that and their wings are pretty good too, hopefully they add on boned wings without breading sometime soon.
Love this pizza. Recent celiac diagnosis has me crying. But everyone else in the house can (and does!) still enjoy it. One of the best things our little town has to offer.
This place has a great atmosphere— fancier inside than i was initially expecting. Everything was super delicious— our martinis and wine were great, the vegetarian trio and falafel were great starters, people were drinking the sauce from the mussels, the entrees were all delicious and the service was good. The owners thanked us for visiting as well. The vegan alfredo is a nice plant based option, although i’d call it more of a vodka sauce than alfredo. There are other vegan menu items as well as some gluten free options so everyone can enjoy. If you’re in Kent for a date night or for a family dinner, this would be a great place to go! Thanks!
Very upset ordered large mushroom and sausage and I got onions peppers, nasty raw onions, and we ordered white pizza that was not even done the crust was raw dough. The gluten free pizza they put anchovies only no onion no sausage , no pepperoni. The GF pizza was a deluxe . Hopefully that was gluten free because there is an allergy here. Then the white pizza was so dry undercooked and just plain nasty. The small pepperoni was no better then Chef boy R D but this was a lot of money we paid. I call to talk to the manager and the poser answers saying he's the manager "Robbie" when I asked the last name he said um Real course" "Robbie " he was whispering which tells me no manager is on duty watching these kids. Not to mention they answered the phone and set it down and I was talking to no one. Very rude. If you think your gonna get good service here or even have a real hard working person helping you when in need.
Its not not like it used to be, just nasty. I'm disappointed because the prices are to high to creating such havic with the uncooked pizza , all wrong toppings and have bad service. And have a liar on the payroll, hes a poser and tries to act as if he is a manager but yet is whispering and won't give me his last name that's not a manager that's child with no class and does not deserve a job.. Highly disappointed I will order from little Caesars the home of the 5 dollar pizzas, because they have a great pizza everytime.
Had dinner on a Saturday night and the food came out very quickly. The goyza and tempura appetizers were delicious. Our favorite dinner is the chicken rendang which is a delicious coconut milk based curry that is gluten and dairy-free. gluten-free soy sauce is available just ask for it.
