My experience with this breakfast restaurant definitely puts it in the front running before any other breakfast type restaurant. The owner David was very accommodating when I called the night before concerned because I'm gluten free and egg yolk free so he made my pancakes gluten-free and he used whites to make my eggs. All of the servers were as accommodating and polite the attendant that took care of my table his name was Brian and he was the one who then ordered the hashbrown Skillet dish which has about everything you can think of in it pancakes, bacon, eggs, home fries, biscuit with White sausage.

Great pizza for gluten-free friends! Always a must stop when we’re in the area. We’ve done dine-in + carry-out, both good experiences!

We arrived around 6pm during a week in the summer and waited just over 30 minutes. There was a nice balcony out front to wait and was a great atmosphere. There was a small parking lot in front of the restaurant and more parking offered nearby. Parking nearby is free but you must remembered to validate or you will get booted. It was a kid friendly restaurant with a little aquarium in the front that many kids were entertained by. Our waiter was Travis and he was fantastic. Very nice and made sure to check up on us often. He handled our large group very well too. The Fisherman’s platter (grilled) and the platter itself was very good. The coleslaw was outstanding and there was a large portion of shrimp and scallop. The mashed potatoes were recommended by Travis and they did not disappoint, they were phenomenal. The cajan red snapper was a little cold but it felt like “fish swan between tongue going to homeland in stomach” (as quoted by person who ordered). One critic of it would be that it could use salt. Seafood mac and cheese was really good. Bacon jam scallops over grits were “fabulous beyond wishes” and “couldn’t have been better” (as quoted by two people who ordered). The lobster roll was covered in warm butter, delicious, and the fries were fresh. The calamari was very good. Less fried than usual but liked the tenderness, could taste more. They served gluten free fries which was wonderful to have that option. Overall restaurant staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good and that atmosphere was great.
