I can't believe I forgot to leave a review before now for one of my favorite places! Since they took over this seemingly cursed location, I've told so many people about this amazing business. As proven by their recent contest, you will not be able to find the variety, customization, and price that you find here. The first time I stopped by (late in the day on opening day), their shelves were nearly bare. As a self proclaimed frugal person, I saw the prices on the menu and sadly thought there was no way I would be a repeat customer every week. I grabbed one or two things to try, visited with the GM at check out (didn't know it at the time), and went on my way. I told people about it, but didn't return until months later, when we realized my husband knew Papa Farley from many years before. We made it a point to stop in and say hi, and have since become loyal, weekly, repeat customers nearly every weekend. Because I am so picky, I really appreciate being able to modify my order (placed in advance) and come in on Sundays to quickly grab my week's meals and visit with the awesome, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have an amazing variety, everything is healthy in at least three ways (gluten free, dairy free, low or healthy fats, high fiber or protein, low carb or complex carbs, etc), and, with the exception of specials that sell out fast, you can typically get anything you want if you order before 6pm on Thursday. Switch sides, double meats, change spices. We don't use it, but they offer delivery up to 40 miles away. I love that they support and partner with other local businesses, too - you can almost always find a local vendor inside selling bread, cookies, smoothies, or something else. I've realized that while their options may seem pricey at first glance, there's absolutely ZERO possibility of me meal prepping on a Sunday and getting the variety, health benefits, quality, freshness, and/or flavor Chelsea, her partner/chef, her father, and their whole staff offer. When you think about the swap from almost all fast food or frozen HEB/Aldi food to Farley's - there's NO question it's the inferior choice and why it's nearly the only food we eat most days. I could not be happier they moved to my neck of the woods and will continue to help grow their customer base as long as I can.
