Came in today and got a gluten-free blueberry muffin went to take a bite of it and it is so hard I couldn’t hardly bite into it. Ash in the trash
Very disappointed
Grateful for Hat Creek Burger Company’s healthy menu options. Celebrated with mom and siblings today in honor of what would have been my dad‘s 97th birthday. With both vegan and gluten-free options (especially ALL fries, tots, & queso are GF!) we were able to share a nice burger lunch together. 🎂🍔 🍟 💕
I recently visited Mod Pizza and was thoroughly impressed with their gluten-free crust option. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it can be difficult to find a good pizza crust that actually tastes good. However, Mod Pizza's gluten-free crust was absolutely delicious and held up well under the weight of all the toppings we chose. We loved being able to customize our own pizzas and the service was fast and friendly. Overall, Mod Pizza exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning in the future to try out more of their tasty crust options.
Neat place with great staff. The selections for topping seem very good. We got the keto crust and that was a mistake. We're going to go back and try the cauliflower or gluten-free next time. Will update.
I just adore this place! For the last 2 years my roommates have surprised me with a cake from here and we are NEVER disappointed. Being gluten and dairy free, I didn’t expect to find a bakery up here that could accommodate me. Gogos, far exceeds my expectations every year and is by far some of the best allergy friendly cake I’ve had. My friends actually prefer these cakes over “regular” cakes on my bday! Don’t hesitate to try flavors outside the box. We’ve had blueberry strudel and blueberry lavender over the years- they are so delicious.
Good gluten free vegan options. Unfortunately they cannot dial down the spice whatsoever. I have asked for mild, extra mild, no spice, and it always comes out 3/5 spice level- unenjoyable.
A friend recommended Bird Creek Burger Co to us. The burgers were full of flavor. I was able to get mine without the bun since I cannot have gluten. Fries were seasoned just right. The service was friendly, fast, attentive, and provided recommendations. We will be back when we are in town again!
I don’t think I have had that good of a dining experience in years. The service was immaculate. Our servers name was Justin and not only was he super friendly he knew the answers to all of our questions about the food. My sister has a gluten allergy and gets a lot of annoyance from servers when we go out. He knew everything the food was cooked with and was super patient with all the questions she had. Also we had our kids with us and he was the sweetest to them and didn’t seem annoyed by the littles which is rare in a nicer restaurant like that. My sister and I were beaming by the end of the meal because he did such a good job with the service. We don’t go out much because we have the kids and it feels like we bother people but this was such a nice experience and a pick me up for two busy moms. Thank you Justin you get a 10/10 from us.
This is my wife's favorite place as we have to watch gluten intake. The Pizza Bowl is the only one that we have found. It is a small pizza without the crust.
I have gluten allergy. I been eating here for a few years now. I always get the breakfast sampler. They can substitute the pancakes and put blueberries on them. Yum. If you order the eggs over easy, it will come out more done than you like. Like over medium or over hard. I only got it right like a handful of times from eating here. Friends do like chocolate pancakes. I had a friend who said theor French toast is good. Steak will come more medium well or we'll done if you order it. Hashbrowns don't use flower to make them crispy so they are safe. Ham has some grill marks on it. So it's always nice. My bacon always came out crispy from what remember. They got better after 2022. I don't see the same faces as much anymore. I might eat there once every 3 months and don't usually see the same staff. But the quality got better except for what I mentioned earlier. Service speed is hit or miss. I can't tell ya a pattern yet. There's a park behind it which is nice to walk off what you ate if you like. I give it 4 stars overall since I mostly have a positive experience and no reaction when I tell them I have a gluten allergy even when my friends do not.
Stopped by on my way to the hospital as my wife wanted something gentle on her tummy after trying to recover from a car accident. These smoothies are supposed to be all natural, gluten free, lactose free, with no additives or preservatives. Additionally they are supposed to be meal smoothies that fill you up. I spent around forty bucks for us and our 3 kids to get 5 medium smoothies and i ended up with stomach cramps, because I think there was milk in it, my wife ended up throwing up hers, and all 3 of my kids, although they did finish theirs they were hungry just an hour later.
Also, I stood behind the counter waiting for well over 5 minutes for the guy to even acknowledge me at all and I was the only one in the restaurant!
Clearly he was very busy filling to go orders, but nevertheless it was not a pleasant experience, and I will not return.
This is the location just in front of Walmart off West Adams 11/24/23
Date night for hubby and I. He called and made reservations for 6pm. The food was absolutely amazing. They even had gluten free penne pasta for me. I had to get a slice of cheese cake which was a win as well. We will definitely return.
My first visit, and I have to say the service was super, really clean… and the best homemade GLUTEN FREE cheesecake I have ever had. My compliments to the chef!! It is so hard to find any restaurant that has any desserts for those that are gluten-free, it was so refreshing. I highly recommend you give it a try, I will definitely go back!
McAlister's is the place I like to go eat some vegetarian sandwich. It has avocado that is so creamy with the balsamic red onion. I really enjoy it as is and it is really good with the gluten free bread too.
Me and my wife love going here on dates. They have nice gluten-free noodles she enjoys. The staff is always nice. They do a great job at keeping our drinks refilled and bringing our food out to us very fast. Always impressed every time we go!
Great place and waitress was very good! They had a gluten free menu with a good amount of choices. Was pleasantly surprised. Gluten free Hamburger bun was tasty. Definitely a place I would go back to.
I was very excited to see Temple would finally get one. I was even more excited to learn they carry Gluten Free Bread and it doesn't taste bad!!! It's rare to find a good gf bun and for that I will definitely be coming back again.
The food was fabulous. I can't eat Gluten, pork or beef so anytime I visit a place that has menu items for me or can alter a menu item I am so very happy. This salad doesn't normally come with chicken. Man, I tell you! This was some good food. My husband ordered the Chicken Fries Steak with gravy. Almost took up his whole plate...the oval platter one. Definitely recommend.
Normally I don’t do much vegan. I am a carnivore. But I tried the vegan dishes on the buffet and they were absolutely delicious. Real eye-opener for a carnivore to thoroughly enjoy a meatless dish. I did not even notice that they were gluten-free as well. Highly recommend this place. The service is excellent. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help.
My spouse and I often stop by the Little Caesar's next door for pizza and we decided today to stop into Smallcakes since I see them every time and I was curious.
The store was pretty dead but an employee came and greeted us promptly, and we walked away with some ice cream and cupcakes. I haven't tried the ice cream yet since it needs a bit of freezer time after the trip home and the current warm weather, but the cupcakes? I bit into one and straight told my spouse it was practically a religious experience they're so good.
I'm also a hobbyist baker and let me tell you these are some of the best cupcakes I've ever had. Flavors on point, no bitterness or artificial taste, and the texture is silky smooth for baked goods. Plus they offer gluten free cupcakes, which I think is awesome. My spouse and I intend to return for some milkshakes made with their ice cream down the line too, those sounded amazing ^^
Ordered by phone. Food was ready 20 minutes later when I arrived. Order was perfect and delicious. I live in Minnesota but visit my daughter in Temple often and make sure I fit in a Saigon dinner every visit! I even ordered a bonus order of fried rice to leave with my daughter when I’m gone. Cream cheese wontons are amazing! The fact that they have gluten free soy sauce is a big plus for us!!
The pizza was delicious. My wife enjoyed her food as well. They have gluten-free crust. We ate there on Mother's Day, and my wife was pleased. They also gave her a scoop of ice cream. Nice vibe, good-looking restaurant.
We ordered from the app. It is so easy and convenient.
Everyone gets to build their own pizza and they label them so you know who’s is who’s.
We had one premade pizza. The Mad Dog! So easy to add or remove items to your liking.
Then we had 3 more of the creat your own!
We even had a cauliflower pizza and it was crispy and good.
My grandson likes it over the Gluten Free pizza.
Looking forward to my next visit.
It was super easy to order from the app and pick it up in the drive through!
Keep up the great work!
Please get Wings!
Very good food - for those that are gluten sensitive, all their noodles are rice noodles so you can eat them.
The Pho was a ton of food, but the rice plates are more manageable to eat. But both were plenty of food, and at a very reasonable price.
Went here for breakfast and they have a new breakfast menu with lots more choices. I can't eat gluten so got grits instead of bread or biscuit. Grits were a little to runny for me but tasted like grits. Wife meal was not very warm, needs to be keep hot when served.
