A lovely place for lunch or afternoon tea. Caters for gluten free and we could take the dog in. Staff were really nice and accommodating. Very small in there though so was a tight fit with the pram, no highchairs or baby changing facilities. Would need to book on busy days to secure a space. We were lucky and a table became available just as we arrived. It was very busy and the staff informed us there would be a wait for food which was true but fair enough as she did warn us. The stairs are very steep so not good for those with mobility issues. Would recommend to my friends though 👍

It’s a cute little hidden tea room with really good GF food. I really enjoyed it but there isn’t many tables or space.

Caught smacks of an established business where they know their strengths. The chips and haddock are always excellent. Yes, we've had better GF batter but Caught offer the best GF Fish and Chips that we've ever experienced in the last 24 years. The service is interesting, not overly or particularly friendly (but they are warming), it's rarely fast but those two kids serving know their stuff. Even when you phone in you'll have to wait for those in front of you. But definitely worth the wait! The Boss and I share a large Gluten Free Haddock with Large Chips with GF vinegar and salt. We've dined outside Caught 4 times (sitting in the car outside the P.O.) and transported fish and chips twice to Wellow (once for 5 and once for 6 people).

Absolutely delicious burger and chips. Staff were very friendly and helpful, pointing out the gluten free options on the pudding menu. Food came out quickly and couldn't fault it. Two clean plates. Would thoroughly recommend 🫶🏼

Very friendly people as they made a vegetarian salad with mushrooms instead of chicken and added roasted vegetables. I would have preferred more of the purple lettuce and spinach instead of the straggly lettuce it is not as filling so I was glad I had a tasty tomato soup that they added cream and olive oil and a wee cheese toasted bread and another toasted corner of bread. It was tasty. But I don’t understand why they precut the Dorset apple cake. Because it made it quite dry. But it was still tasty. The two cakes were gluten free which was great for me and the carrot cake was still lovely and moist even when it was sliced. But I would suggest you have a groove to where the person cuts the slices of the whole cake. As it keeps dryer cakes more moist. Because it’s not being dried out around the slice. Kind and helpful waitress. But none of them knew where the atm is. It’s on the main square.
