Visited yesterday fish and chips twice one being gluten free one normal once arrived the gluten free had a blob of curry sauce on chips we didn't order curry sauce. Also some of the chips was overcooked fish was lovely wasn't the best service waitress walked away while trying to ask her something anyway we eat the food paid and went .don't think jamie the owner would be happy.
Popped in for brunch with my Spouse, who has coeliac disease, and we were really impressed. They had proper gluten-free options and the staff were knowledgeable and careful, which gave us real peace of mind. His food was spot on, and mine was just as lovely. The view by the river made it even better. Great service, great food âwould definitely recommend if youâre after a coeliac-friendly spot in Knaresborough.
Wow! Superb menu with loads of options, gluten free and vegan as well. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Dog friendly as well. The burgers were insane!
Everyone were ultra satisfied with their choices. Highly recommend.
We arrived early but our table was ready. We sat beside a massive log burner. The waitress was lovely, full of friendly banter and kindness. The mulled wine was delicious. I'm gluten free, which really wasn't an issue for the team. I had sea bass fillet on a bed of creamy mashed potato with lemon sauce. For of us ordered this and loved it. My son had fish and chips which he devoured. There were treats for the dog, baby changing facilities and a high chair, so we were well catered for. My only criticism would be my family for not wanting a dessert. Pah. Massive thanks to the team.
