What a lovely plaice, the grilled fish is great, my husband had large cod and it was a whale, batter looked spot on, chips were beautiful and fried to perfection. Best fish n chips I have had in years... Staff are very friendly, very clean place to eat... Definitely worth another visit as it is open 7 days a week, 1st Sundays of every month is gluten free menu day...

Second time here and still love it. Staff are very friendly, smart and welcoming. Food is really good and fresh. Decor and atmosphere very warming. Tried different dishes and hope to try some new ones next time. My mum came too who is coeliac and gluten free food menu was well presented and nice.

What an excellent find this place is. We were looking for somewhere to eat and unfamiliar with the area so found this place by chance. One of our party of four is gluten free so it was a joy to discover that not only do they cater for gluten free, but the staff are also extremely knowledgeable about which dishes were safe for her and which dishes to avoid as her allergy is severe, therefore saving her wasting time choosing something that wasn't suitable . They also have gluten Free rolls so can substitute items unsuitable on the menu for that too. Well done seriously impressed
