Was in Cupertino about a week ago, visiting from the east coast for a few days. My wife and I liked this place so much we stopped in twice. Seems silly for what is technically a local chain but I'd do it again on another trip. First time there I had the Pita Beef Kebab. Thought it was fantastic! Second time around we needed a lighter dinner so we split a the Saturday special they had for the Hummus lamb. We did that one on the Gluten Free pita which tasted just as good as any pita I've every had. Split the Malabi for desert and although I'm not a huge custard or pistachio fan, I found it rather enjoyable.
Enjoyed; large variety of food, great for families and caters to so many preferences including gluten free. Noisy, but bright and open. Thanks to our great server, Moe, friendly, helpful, efficient.
I had the crew recommended vegan meatball slam or whatever they call it with gluten free bread. The bread was horrible and the sandwich overall was not good. The meatballs were delicious but the serving size was really underwhelming and the sandwich overall was just straight up not good at all. I ended up eating the inside of the sandwich then going home and eating leftovers since the bread was so stale. Overall this place used to be really good, I don’t know what happened to it. I will never eat here again.

If you ride your bike to go shopping, you'll have quite a hard time locking your bike up, as this whole foods likes to put all of their shopping carts around their very small amount of bike racks, making them almost inaccessible. The produce here isn't the best, especially compared to Sprouts, less than a mile down the road. The store is hard to navigate, and often crowded, and has very poor signage. The only reason I shop here is because they carry some gluten free items that I couldn't otherwise find without going to the much further Draeger's market.
I love this place! My boyfriend has been going since he was a kid. It is still family-owned and has a local feel. It's open 24/7, which I love! They have really great cronuts too. They also have a few gluten free and vegan options.
Their tandoori chicken pizza is spectacular!
I love that they have gluten free and vegan options too!
I order their GF pizza crust and it's really good.
Love this place!
I had Alan as a server at Hadilao, and he did a great job! The food was amazing as always, and he was very timely on checking up on us regularly throughout our meal. He even recommended a gluten free soy sauce since I’m gluten tolerant! 10/10
Such a lovely spot! Food was amazing, and they were easily able to adapt my dishes to accommodate no gluten or dairy. I had the Frisco scramble without cheese plus the amazing Millionaires Bacon. Highly recommend!
Literally one of my favorite places to celebrate. Everything is delicious. I brought a friend who is gluten and dairy free and there are still so many options and she was able to enjoy herself.

My first time trying Jell & Chill at Cupertino. The uniqueness that I found from this spot, is they use Bing fen (known as ice jelly) to make beautiful and yummy drinks. Bing fen is used in Chinese dessert and originated from Southwest China. The whole drink is gluten-free and made with real fresh fruits. Super healthy for everyone because there is no artificial.
Ordered 5 items. Recommend gluten rice w/pork (竹筒糯米), lion heads(獅子頭), Shanghai style fried rice (上海菜飯) and Chongqing spicy chicken (重庆辣子雞). We think griddle beef (干鍋牛腩) is better served dine-in. In retrospect, we think the gluten rice is better consumed separately, otherwise, its taste overwhelms that of the Shanghai fry rice. On the lion heads dish, it is often immersed in soy sauce soup but XLB cooked it in a clear soup and the result is great.
We did not order xlb. Again, it is just personal preference to have xlb only @ dine-in since they are better served fresh off the steamer.
Kunal was the best server we have ever had. I’ve been coming here all my life and he was truly amazing. Friendly, accommodating, efficient, detailed and had a great personality. Our chef was Mario and he was also amazing! My mother in law has a gluten allergy and he prepared all her food first to avoid cross contamination. All his food was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I’ll be requesting Mario everyone! Overall great dining experience

Good ramen place. Nice modern setting with electronic wait list and payment system. Service is good, food came out promptly. The bowl is smaller than expected for the price (I ordered the deluxe) but it was big enough so I suppose not need to gluten about it. Free tea- genmai cha I think.

Ordered :
Pad kee mow : 4/5
Thai fried rice : 5/5
Spicy fried rice : 6/5
Will order again : 5/5 , absolutely. This is currently our favorite thai restaurant.
This place is simply amazing for its fried rice, they are the best fried rice we have ever had, and even when we order them gluten-free and vegan, they are miles better than any other place.
Hands down our favorite thai place to eat. Downside is that their fried rice are so amazing, we have never had other dishes at this place.
The only caveat is that this is small place with limited staff, so if it gets crowded especially with takeout orders, the wait can be pretty long. We had come here on mother's day and it took around 50 minutes for our food to arrive, so best to come here on off hours.
Also, the portion is kind of small. Most other places we have leftovers, but the portion size here is about 30% less that the other thai places we have visited.
Cozy Japanese restaurant with excellent food! Their sushi was very Japanese style with the sushi rice completely hidden by the fish (unlike most Americanized sushi that has a huge wad of sushi rice under the fish). The Sashimi Salad was also excellent. Also enjoyed Edamame and Moro Q (cucumber with plum paste and mayoness). The decor is simple and modern. Screens segment the room to make it cozier and more intimate. You order on a tablet but sometimes the tablet gets locked and a server has to unlock it again for you. They usually have 3 daily specials. The have regular, low sodium, and gluten free soy sauce on every table. Their in restaurant menu is more extensive than the menu they publish on their website -- quite a few good looking vegetarian options. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant. Reasonable prices.
