Ordered one cauliflower crust pizza at 5:20pm on a Friday night. Totally expect it to take a while on a busy night. Did not receive an estimated time via email or text so had no idea when to pick up. Went to store at 6pm, 40min after ordering, and waited to pick up the pizza. Was not ready until 6:51pm. Another lady waited an hour and 20min. They offered her a soda while she waited and she cancelled and walked out. One of the cooks was on FaceTime while I waited.
Maybe their regular pizza is good, but the gluten free was not anything special and certainly not worth an hour and a half wait. No remedy was offered. I could have understood if we had ordered a large order. It was little one small 12 inch pizza with nothing special.
Will never order from here again and encourage others to save themselves the aggravation. Not at all worth it.
