Amazing Gluten Free options, GF Rum Cake is so luxurious and the GF bread with my Cuban sandwich was great! I had mine with turkey instead of ham. Side note, we met the Rum Cake Lady, super sweet and nice!!
We had a fantastic dining experience at Chester's, thanks to our server Zach, who provided exceptional service throughout our meal. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making great recommendations along the way. Zach's professionalism and positive attitude truly and knowledge about gluten-free diet for celiacs enhanced our visit, and we look forward to returning!
We took our 4 kids here (age 6 and under). The staff was so friendly and inviting! Michael is incredible and gave us recommendations on where to check out while staying in Blue Ridge. Best gluten free pizza I've ever had!
Great restaurant. Loved the interior design (the chairs!).
The restaurant staff were nice and welcoming (our server went back and forth multiple times to check with the kitchen and bar about the gluten free options, we appreciated it a lot!)
We had the local trout and the duck breast, both options gluten free and both delicious.
We wanted also an appetizer that was labeled gluten free on the menu but it turned out they changed the recipe so it wasn’t gluten free anymore (maybe some updates on the menu would be great).
I celebrated there my 30th birthday, and they were nice to offer me on the house a piece of cheesecake, appreciated the gesture! (They don’t have gluten free desserts though, in case you’re looking for these options).
We also got two non-alcoholic cocktails but we thought they were a little bit pricey for what they offered!
Overall though we had a good experience!
All of our gluten free pizzas weren’t outstanding but the cleanliness & the staff made up for it. They were all super kind & knowledgeable of the menu.
Excellent Food! We stopped in for lunch while shopping and they're had gluten free options! Yay!
Got the turkey Avocado sandwich with the chicken and wild rice soup! Would definitely go back!
Food extremely overpriced and definitely not worth it. Very small portions and the wine wasn't even a 5 ounce pour for ex cessive price. I ordered Cicero de pepe and I requested gluten-free pasta. It came and was not gluten-free. I watched my husband eat his meal befor it got cold as I waited for them to remake my dinner. This pasta dish is $25 on the menu but they charged $45. When I questioned the price they said no the special one in the cheese wheel costs more. I didn't order a special pasta and frankly I would never pay $45 for cheese pasta. It was definitely confusing and deceptive. I did not see anything about a special on the menu but maybe I overlooked something? Either way we were given no compensation for bringing the wrong meal that I am glad my husband noticed that it was incorrect by the pasta type. Had I eaten it I would have been extremely ill. Our special evening was not special. It was an expensive mistake. First and last time there.
Our waitress was delightful and recommended several delicious dishes from the stuffed mushrooms to the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. I myself am gluten-free and was thankful that they offered a gluten-free bun for the delicious burger along with many other gluten-free options! My second time eating here and it was just as delicious as the first! Special shout out to the chef who makes the sauces there as they were top notch!
Our server was incredibly nice but our drinks ran a couple of times and we really only saw her when ordering, delivering food, and bringing the check.
The food was excellent! Highly recommend the takoyaki, chicken katsu, and shumai. The Japanese nachos were unique and enjoyable, and the spicy garlic bowl was both delicious and an excellent quality/quantity for its price.
They do offer soy paper and have some gluten-free options, and we would up paying $20-30 for each of us just because we ordered multiple appetizers. General pricing is about average.
Overall, highly satisfied with our experience and will likely come back again if we're in the area. ❤️
Mountain Mama’s was the perfect place to have coffee and breakfast while visiting in Blue Ridge. I am a gluten free gal, and was so happy to see that they served sourdough waffles! They were delicious. The coffee was really good as well.
Nandi was fabulous! Great Gluten free bread. Amazing breakfast burritos, genuinely calm atmosphere with great music. Will come again next time I’m in Blueridge!! Also The Moon tea was one of the best teas I’ve ever had. Calming, sweet, and refreshing with a splash of whimsey.
We decided to come here for our anniversary dinner even though we were here last June but didn’t love it. They had just opened so we figured we’d try again. They definitely have a beautiful restaurant and the food looks good on the menu but when it is presented it is very lackluster to say the least. Our oysters came out with stuffing on them. I am gluten intolent so I wouldn’t have ordered them if I had known. I couldn’t eat them but my husband happily did. They seemed ok. Just not my idea of charbroiled oysters. I couldn’t eat the bread they served but I ordered the lobster dish since my husband order a steak…we figured we share. The lobster dish came out with pasta. Ugh! It didn’t say it has pasta in the description so I was very disappointed. I told the waitress I couldn’t eat it and she literally said “I’m sorry” and walked away (what???!!? Who does that?? we were sitting at the bar). So I had a few pieces of my husbands steak but since I couldn’t eat the pasta, I couldn’t eat my dish which I was wondering what the waitress would do when she came back and realized I hadn’t eaten a bite. She just took it away 🤯. She didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert and it was our anniversary lol!! At that point I had two glasses of wine and about 5 bites of steak with a $200 bill so I was pretty upset since I left hungry. Overall that’s twice we went to Grace’s and was disappointed with the experience of the staff and food. I will definitely not return. When you are not eating gluten you need a menu that specifies there is gluten in the dish. I prefer the staff and experience of Roe and also Ferrara’s in Blue Ridge. Also Murphy has an amazing soffisicated menu at The Crown Brasstown restaurant. Very gluten-free friendly. Grace’s needs figure out their customer service and food quality.
Amazing!!!! While looking for a pet friendly restaurant we noticed a nice patio seating at the pasta market. Flatbreads and pasta dishes were so fresh and tasty! They offered gluten free and cauliflower options as well! Out server, Tammy, was super friendly and attentive with really good recommendations. Dessert and Bellini were on point as well!
Yummy Delicious Healthy 😋 Gluten-free Avocado/ Cream Cheese Toast! Gluten-free Acai Bowls With The Freshest Fruit! Made To Order Juice! Coffee! Hot Tea! Highly Recommend
The Best Burger” EVER” I don’t eat Gluten or any lactose, so they have one Hamburger salad with out the bread or cheese and I love it !!!
My Husband had a Bacon/Cheese Loaded !!!
We discovered The Sweet Shoppe on our recent trip to Blue Ridge. The honey latte is amazing. If you like cupcakes, you won’t find more delicious cupcakes anywhere!! Bonus if you’re celiac or just gluten free, their gluten free cupcakes are by far the absolute best we have ever had! You will never guess the cupcakes are gluten free! Make sure you stop in and try their goodies!!
What a wonderful treat in finding this great restaurant!! The staff could NOT have been any nicer and the food was great! Being from Texas, it was nice to sit and have a relaxing dinner with my nephew and his family! There was no rush; orders were as requested and they even have a gluten free menu! And as they make it fresh, that allows for further modifications if needed! Very charming! I lost some photos otherwise I'd share 😢.
Go early so you can enjoy the quaint shops and scenery first as those close up early; then sit back, relax and ......🤗
During my trip to Blue Ridge, Georgia I was taken to a local store for Mercier Orchards and found that this place had everything yes even Gluten free foods. I was so over whelmed with this store i had forgotten to take more pictures. This is a. "Must see" when you are in the neighborhood. It even has a Bakery in the back.
Wow, best pizza we’ve had in a while and on his cauliflower crust due to gluten hypersensitivity. Really, really good food and Bob’s human seems like a good guy!
This place is super cute! My husband's family owns the coffee shop across from the train tracks and I never knew this was here. One day I was searching for gluten-free items and this lovely desert house showed up. I messaged them asking if they have gluten-free items and somebody replied to give the shop a call. We did and I believe the owner answered my husband and she was very sweet and kind.
An amazing gluten free banana cake!!! Chocolate mousse in a chocolate bowl cup which my daughter LOVED AND AN ICE cream in a chocolate bowl. It was so delicious. I also got the caramel apple wine and it was AMAZING
I'm a Taco Bell fanatic. I also unfortunately have celiac disease, which means gluten makes me very sick. Luckily, Taco Bell offers some gluten-free meals, but I've been too afraid to risk cross-contamination. I finally decided to go for it today, and I'm so glad I did.
First off, these are some of the best employees you could ask for in a fast food establishment because when I went in and explained my dietary situation, they went absolutely above and beyond for me.
And there was no wheat cross-contamination with my meal, so I am beyond happy. I finally have a great fast food place I can visit and feel safe. That means so, so much.
They have such a wide variety of jerky with all sorts of flavors and different types of meats. They have locally smoked, liquor infused, bacon, biltong, wild game and then just your regular dehydrated jerky. They even have lots of fun exotics like camel, snapping turtle, python, and much more!! They also have gluten free, paleo, vegan options and everything in between!! If you aren’t someone who likes jerky then they also carry popcorn, pork rinds, cotton candy, and all sorts of other fun’s things for kids and or adults!!
Beautiful fall day, good wine selection and a dog friendly patio. Gluten friendly crackers
For the cheese plate and they came and brought my pup treats 2x! Fan!
