I have breakfast here every Wednesday morning and my wife and I dine in or do take out for lunch at least a couple times a month.
The food is really good. It would be nice if there were more lunch options since we eat there quite often and maybe some meals (besides salad) that were gluten-free since my wife has a gluten allergy.
The staff is what really makes this place special. They are amazing! They are constantly on the move, taking care of the customers, so nobody is left waiting longer than they should. Obviously there are times when they are super busy that you may have to wait a bit but you can clearly see that they are trying their hardest to reduce the wait time and take care of everyone.
Prices are very reasonable I think.
The best Gluten Free sandwhich you will get anywhere! I got the steak bomb and was more than impressed with how good quality and taste it was. Definitely coming back!
Packed, Fun, and Delicious!
You can tell this is everyone's favorite pizza spot, in the area: We came multiple times for team dinners!
The view of the lake is beautiful during the day; and the pizzas are creative with fresh ingredients: They do offer Gluten Free!
Service was friendly and attentive: It can get a bit noisy in the evenings; but if you're celebrating something, this is great place to do it. 🍕
I hate to leave a negative review on any business and to be honest, I have never done it before. I ordered 8 pizzas for a party. My husband went to pick up the pizzas and 4 out of the 8 were wrong.... and one needed to be gluten free/dairy free due to health reasons. We called them and they said they would credit us for those 4 wrong pizzas. That was better than nothing but still disappointed because we picked out those pizzas specifically for a reason and especially the gluten free dairy free! That guest had nothing to eat! We had snacks but the pizza was the main meal...Very frustrating but I was thankful for the credit...But it is now over a month later and I still don't have a credit to my bank. I called several times. I was kind on the phone but they still gave me no real answer. They kept telling me to call my bank but they had no date for when they apparently credited me. Needless to say, our order for over 30 people was half wrong. We were promised a credit and no credit. I would love to see more businesses come to Auburn but sadly, I won't be using Otto in Auburn again.
We chose Heidi’s for our corporate luncheon, and we were all so thrilled with that choice! Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the staff were so easy to deal with. We had some vegetarian and gluten-free options that were met easily, and it was one of the more affordable options in the area. Overall, it was such a great choice, and we will definitely be ordering from them again!
Beware people that are gluten sensitive. They put pancake batter in their scrambled eggs and omelets and no where on the menu could i find where it states that. I found out after i ate them. Corporate confirmed this when i called. P.s. multiple booths have ripped seats
This place is awesome! The food and treats are amazing! Prices are great and the people who work there are super kind friendly and caring. The owner always says hi and always gives my kids extra treats! They are always super accommodating to my gluten free kiddos! Love this place!
This place has an extensive breakfast and lunch menu with interesting sharable items! They also cater to people with allergies and plainly list what can be made vegan and gluten free! I highly recommend the breakfast bowl-their veggie sausage is gluten free!
For those of you who enjoy bringing a well-behaved pup along they have a nice patio, but do call ahead because patio space is limited. Outside feel free to play corn hole, or other outside games that are set up.
On Sundays they have a live jazz band playing from 9-noon!
Gluten free options available; willing to do salt free(spice free) upon request. Did not check on refills for drinks, music was very loud in eating area & even louder in bathrooms..
It’s never not busy here. I appreciate that the store is always well stocked and it’s easy enough to find what you’re looking for, for the most part. Prices are lower than other local shops and there’s some gluten free products I cannot get anywhere else. The clothing section thankfully has a range of sizes instead of just the smaller ones only being in stock. It also is decently organized for how big the store is. However, if you need assistance, you will be waiting a while or possibly forever…most employees can’t be found and the ones that are seem more interested in having private conversations than assisting. They are also not always the most friendliest either. The parking lot is always a mad house I cannot wait to leave. But you better watch out for the infamous Walmart pole…
We have had wonderful experiences here in the past. They do offer a gluten-free bread that can be used for their sandwich options. Very much appreciated. But, our last experience was with a waitress who took multiple smoking breaks, which caused a long waiting time for our food, & the quality of the meal was compromised.
