Charming and cozy restaurant with incredibly friendly and professional staff. Everything tasted great, particularly the chicken meatballs with pomodoro and the gluten-free brownie with homemade marshmallow. Delicious! Even their mocktails are awesome. Wish we had eaten here every night of our vacation in Kennebunkport!
Excellent service, setting, menu and food. Many gluten free, dairy free options. We had the grilled chicken and haddock sandwiches, and flight of beers. Good prices. We’ll be back.

Talula’s baked and decorated a fantastic (and beautiful) two-tier birthday cake for us called “Taste of Maine.” Everyone loved the delicious cake, and it was even gluten free. Talula’s takes excellent care of their customers.
What a tasty ice cream and super nice staff.
We asked for a Gluten free cone and not only they had it but also scooped the ice cream from a separated bash to avoid contamination.

We got some fun and pastries here. They have some gluten-free options. Their macaron’s were delicious. The atmosphere was fun and it was fun pretending to get a taste of Paris.
Such a great experience! Food was top Notch.. great Gluten Free options. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating! I would highly recommend it!!
Great vegan/gluten free options! Also pretty authentic Californian style mexican with spice especially if you get their hot sauces! We were not sure if they were dog friendly so we ordered take out and they went above and beyond by taking the time to seat us, plate our takeout, AND bring dog water! This place and the food is BEYOND 5 stars! I will be back❤️
Fun atmosphere with lots to look at, great selection of whole roasted beans, friendly owner (she was the only one taking orders and preparing coffee/food so be patient, it's worth it). Indoor and outdoor seating available, delicious gluten free options, a great way to start the morning.
After wondering why this place had long lines from the moment they opened, I finally stopped later in the day, at a quieter moment. I enjoyed one of tastiest lobster rolls I’ve ever had. It was piled high with lobster on a gluten free bun. You might ask them to go light on the mayo. Very $$$
We were here on vacation. The food was good. The greens were a bit weird...a bowl of lettuce with chopped onions, no dressing. It was strange since I ordered a breakfast sandwich that came with onions and I ordered it without onions. I feel like the waitress should have mentioned that the greens were loaded with them. We had a nice experience except for that and my mom really appreciated the gluten free French toast!
I’d pretty much given up hope of eating good (or even decent) bread this summer after having to cut out gluten for some health stuff … until my mom brought home bagels from Kport bagels! I was so pleasantly surprised. Great texture and taste - not too heavy like many other GF bread options. We live in Brooklyn during the rest of the year and despite luckily having lots of GF bakery options around, I’ve just been skipping them because they’re mostly just expensive and sad. This was not the case! I just had an everything and kept a plain in the freezer, but it’s been so long since I’ve had a good bagel — I might just eat it now 😅
Side note: They recommended keeping them in the freezer and then toasting twice (once to defrost, then to toast) and that was perfect advice.
I am a vegan, gluten free junky and there are few restaurants spanning from Portsmouth, NH to Portland, ME that fit that bill. Live Cafe however is one of those spots that continues to exceed my expectations every single time, from their atmosphere, customer service, and best of all, their food! These guys are top notch! I cannot recommend this spot enough, I am constantly finding excuses to head to Kennebunk, just to pop in and chow down, you should too!
