The chai was so fresh & authentic. I've been reincarnating to inhale a good chai like this. Perfect crust on the cabbage potato pie. I was afraid I would miss vegan beef... nope, delicious & light. The drinks outshine the food. I wasn't sure if my biscuit was faux chicken. Adding JUST EGG to the French toast batter may be the ticket to a lighter and fluffier French toast. Perhaps I don't care for the bread, but I do appreciate their deligence to being a gluten-free, safe haven. -A Junk Food Vegan

Visiting town with my sister and our mom. My sister used to live in Missoula and highly recommended we eat at Biga Pizza. My sister is gluten-free and her friend who joined us is vegetarian. We ordered one pizza with the gluten-free crust option, half caramelized goat and half four cheese and hot honey. The other pizza had regular crust and was half flathead cherry and half prosciutto and fig. We also ordered a large Mediterranean salad for the four of us to share (our waitress let us know it would be plenty and it was!) The salad was loaded with fresh veggies, the lemon-basil vinaigrette a delightful accompaniment. And the pizza? Absolutely incredible!! First up was the gluten free/vegetarian options with the caramelized goat cheese followed by the four cheese and hot honey. I easily could have declared myself a newly formed gluten-free vegetarian right there! Oh I'm so glad I didn't! The flathead cherry pizza was my mom's favorite and it was divine. But the prosciutto and fig.... no words are accurate enough to describe the experience.... Utterly magical doesn't even come close! We even drove back to the hotel the next day to rescue our leftovers from the mini fridge so we could have them for lunch. Biga Pizza is a MUST stop location when in Missoula.

They have the best gluten free wrap I've ever tasted! I didn't know gluten free could taste so good! The burrito was huge! So happy that they have gluten free, vegetarian options. I'll definitely be back.

Ordered a gluten-free pizza. We told them that it needed to be cooked on a pan instead of just on the oven as if you don't, it isn't GF. They were VERY RUDE and said they couldn't do it! Which I no is not true! The very first time we ever ate at Mods was in Seattle just recently. They cooked it great, so we thought we would eat here in Missoula. Never again! ALL The STAFF should know that if a GF pizza is ordered, it needs to be on a pan. Gluten can be very bad, if not deadly, to some people. It's not just a fad to most GF persons.
