I liked my soft-shell crabs...a lot! My husband's seafood pasta was alright but nothing special, not on the same level as my delicious crabs at least. Good gluten free selection. Reasonably priced.

Went for lunch on Saturday right at noon opening. We shared plates to try the amazing menu. Asparagus salad with fresh ricotta, Cobb salad, Brussels, and moist and delish Cajun chicken. Best health food store for miles and miles! Always super friendly staff, too. Grilled veggie sandwich (no cheese) was very good! Juice was so tasty and nourishing. Glad to see vegan options. The grocery part has a great selection. Many vegan cheeses, tofus, organic produce, locally made and gluten free snacks and desserts, raw options..some of my favs!

Great spot for casual drinks and food. The boneless wings were tasty and almost like untreated chicken bites, the restrooms were clean, the ambiance was not overly loud. Gluten free options are available and parking is available.
