I love their gluten-free muffins, coffee and honestly everything ! The owners are super nice as well as their staff . I also just attended a party that they catered which was amazing , the food was absolutely delicious!

We arrived with a party of 12 after another restaurant was not able to accommodate us. The staff at Beach Bar @ Blu Iguana was extremely helpful! The hostess explained a table would be available when a large group ends their event, which was supposed to happen soon. Within 10 minutes we were seated. The staff cleaned up from the previous group and sat us down extremely efficiently. Payton, the waitress, was super amazing! She made sure everyone got what they needed, including making great recommendations for gluten-free menu items. The food was great. Many of us ordered the steak sandwich - everyone loved it! The quesadillas were a hit, too. A small detail that meant a lot: at 7 PM when I asked for coffee, Payton offered to brew a fresh cup. And it was good coffee! The band that was playing was excellent, and when we requested they sing Happy Birthday to our daughter, they took the time to congratulate her by name and lead everyone in a round of Happy Birthday. Awesome food, excellent staff, superb band, and great coffee... A perfect evening.

Great gem in the middle of sea cliff! The portions were huge for the price and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I love that everything is organic, vegan, and gluten free. Try the almond joy and watermelon sugar!

One of the best restaurants on Long Island! Beautiful environmental, great food, excellent service. Not to mention chef Rob is incredible with food allergies! I have celiac disease and I am very sensitive to gluten and cross contamination. I have been here several times and never had an incident. Always feel great after I leave here! Many items on his menu are naturally gluten free or can be made gluten free. 10/10 recommend

A great iced coffee here.. and one of the few places in town you can get a matcha that isn’t mixed with sugar. Gluten free options are great too. Staff are super nice and accomodating. Glad to have this in town.
