What an absolute gem this place is. I’m in town for a few days and haven’t been thrilled with the food options around. I called in to order and was pleasantly surprised by how many gluten free options they offered. I picked up an order of Putanesca pasta and an order of bruschetta. Both were fantastic and I am thrilled that they also have a quality gluten free bread option. 5/5 stars all day and will most likely return for lunch tomorrow. If you have a gluten allergy and are searching for Italian cuisine, this is THE place. Thank you!

Parker made me the best peach smoothie ever!! And the baked goodies…. There’s the big problem with this place.. HOW do you limit yourself when you want to eat one of every single thing?! They do gluten free, dairy free, and both, and they are delicious!

We love Grouchos! ❤️ we have several allergies in the family (Dairy and Gluten) and we always get the salads we love them! My husband has no allergies and has tried a variety of things off the menu and never is disappointed! The service is always good, and relatively quick. We frequently enjoy walking around downtown, taking our child to the park and then finishing our downtown trip with lunch at here :)

We are so pleased we found the Twisted Oak. They have the best Gluten Free Hambrger bun on a delicious steak ground hamburger. The best curly fries ever. My husband likes the Shrimp and Grits. The waitress are delightful and the food arrives hot and quickly. We stopped in last week and split soup that was fabulous.
