Gluten-free deliciousness!! Any sandwich can be made with gluten-free bread. Girlfriend says the jalapeño cheddar bread is fantastic. Good prices, absolutely delicious! They even have a drive-through, which is amazing for how good the food tastes. Way better than fast food fare!

Went with family of 6 Saturday 9/16. Doors opened at 5 p.m., and several people were already waiting to get in when we arrived. They don't take reservations. We were seated at the only available table suited for 4 people, but they made it work. We started with veg Samosa and veg Pakora and accompanied sauces. We had 1 gluten-free nan and 1 onion kulcha. Both very good. We had 1 of each chicken curry, chicken masala, lamb biryani, butter chicken and eggplant dish, and another veg Samosa. Everyone enjoyed the food. One person said the best they ever tasted...AND they kept our water pitcher filled, and the plates cleared the entire meal !! For a restaurant being open for such a short time, I thought the evening went relatively smoothly...Remember to be patient and plan accordingly if you have another place to be as this was a true food experience not to be rushed.

My family and I have a tradition of going out to celebrate Solstice and this year we went to Bisto Maison and had THE BEST time. The wait staff were so nice and helpful. My wife has borderline celiac disease, and the restaurant was able to accommodate her throughout the whole meal. Our family of 5 (16 and 12 yr old boys and 10yr old girl) have some experience already with high end restaurants, our kids are pretty adventurous with trying new foods. We shared the Tapenade, Salmon Gravlax, and the Crab Cocktail. They brought my wife gluten free crackers and fingerling potatoes AAAND a serving of truffle fries for all of us. Our table was crowded with all the dishes – just the way we like to see it. After about a 10-15 minute rest/time out, our entrees arrived. Our 12 yr old and 10 yr old both ordered the NY Strip Steak burger. Our one waitstaff warned us how large the burgers are and even though we knew our kids wouldn’t finish them, we took everything home that we didn’t finish – and that included all our entrees. The kitchen staff made my wife’s Cassoulet without the breadcrumb crust, and it was phenomenal. I had the Confit (crispy skin, tender meat) and our 16 yr old son had the Steak tartar. And the wait staff was impressed with his knowledge on how it’s prepared. The meal was perfect – simply perfect. We ordered our desserts to go because we had to tap out! There were two other tables that celebrated a birthday. The staff brought a sparkler candle for each table, and everyone sang happy birthday. Since the staff learned we came to celebrate Solstice (and while we waited for our desserts) the staff lit a sparkler candle for our table and took some pictures with my phone. In short, we had a wonderful and memorable experience.

I've been searching for a good burger in McMinnville after moving here 5 years ago, and FINALLY found the best burger in town, AND the best fries! Conservatory Bar serves a half pound burger, cooked any way you like (I prefer my medium rare) , along with a HUGE pile of string fries, salted to perfection. I've eaten there twice and it's the ONLY place I will go for a burger in Mac! Their margaritas are pretty good, but I'm hoping they will start serving Brierly Brewing gluten free beer, especially because it's homegrown right here in McMinnville.

I love eating here with my wife. We always have amazing food and delightful service. Having celiac disease typically makes eating out more stressful than enjoyable, but La Rambla has lots of GF options and GF fryer, they let me know if something on the menu was made in the non GF fryer so I can avoid it.
