Aa I walked into Dana's cheese shop I was greeted by her with a welcoming smile & you could feel her excitement abt her Grand Opening. I enjoyed asking her questions & she took time to explain & continued to smile. That's great hospitality. I bought my favorite Humboldt Fog & Gruyere (Switzerland).
