I have Celiac's and come here for fresh sausage. We buy around 15# of different types of sausage each month. Never do you have issues with it, like Hatfield and store brand gristle and bone fragments. Great salads, pickles, cheeses and raw milk too. With our crooked society, you really can trust store bought stuff anymore. There's always recalls for diseases. Not here!
