One of my favorite places to eat; I love the fresh options and how there are so many gluten free ingredients! The food never makes my stomach feel “heavy” afterwards and even the leftovers taste good.

A ramen spot in Las Colinas with a variety of options, including vegan, but some find the flavors a bit one-dimensional.

Loved my warm, tasty and comforting bowl of ramen. Substituted to rice (gluten free) noodles. I got the Regular Garnet - Miso sauce with Chashu and it was delicious. The flavors were mild yet deep and earthy. You could taste every element of the dish separately and yet it felt quite wholesome. The best part is they have a wide range of vegan options and that made my vegan friends extremely happy. Their appetizers were also quite good. Last but certainly not the least, on the service which was fast and pretty good. Our waiter was excellent and patiently answered all our queries. Definitely going back to try other items on their menu.

Wow, this is a special place that if I lived in the area I'd be a regular at. I drove from Austin to spend the day with a friend who had a 24 hour layover in DFW and we came here for coffee and ended up staying for hours relaxing in the veranda's rocking chairs which added a nice southern charm to the experience for my European friend. The ambience was so lovely and peaceful which is exactly what my friend needed after such a long flight and before taking another couple of long flights. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the customers seemed happy and relaxed - all smiles. I also appreciated the diversity among the people there. I ordered a couple of lattes -one regular and then their seasonal coconut and orange zest latte to go, which tasted more orange cream to me. My friend got a double espresso (which she said was how they make it in Italy, where she is from) and a strawberry rose latte to go which tasted more strawberry than rose. The flavored lattes were very gentle in their taste profile, which we both appreciated. What rocked our gastronomic world though was their Lavender Earl Grey gluten free muffin. Just wow! I've never had anything like it and it was hands down the best muffin I've ever had. It was so delicious that I bought their remaining muffins to take with me. My friend who has lived and traveled all over the world said "this is the best cafe I've ever been to". Definitely don't miss out on experiencing and supporting this gem of a place. I just selfishly wish it was in Austin.
