Best coffee and eats in Texas! Personable service makes you feel part of the family. They have homemade gluten free options that are delicious! They also have tea options for those that don't care for coffee (though I can't imagine😄).

I have driven past GAS Coffee dozens of times, but have never given it a second thought because I didn’t think it looked like anything special from the outside! Boy was I wrong! This hidden spot has incredibly crafted coffee, freshly baked pastries (gluten free options too!), and the most precious owners/family that make you feel welcomed and wanted :) I will definitely be making this a usual spot & highly recommend!!!!
