Add an allergen menu other than just Gluten. Peanut, dairy, etc to help your guests navigate the food choices instead of relying on the poorly trained wait staff.
Based on the response below, an upper level management change would be beneficial to this location as well.

Rolled in to try their peach beer and it did not disappoint.
Tried the pizza - mozzarella, tomato sauce, onions, mushrooms, and brisket. Super tasty! Loaded with toppings including the brisket. Crust held up and was crunchy on edges.
My sister had a gluten free pepperoni pizza with the crackberry cider and was well pleased. Though she was eyeing up my brisket and may try that next time.
Service was friendly and very helpful. Checked in regularly and dealt with the gluten free inquiries very well.
Crowd was busy but not noisy. Happy vibe in the place.
Update: ducked in today and tried two of their flavored beers: peach and pomegranate. The peach has a strong peach flavor backed by a great blonde ale with a little malt and light hops. I talked to one of the bartenders and he said they make it with real Parker County peaches but boost the flavor with peach extract. It works. The pomegranate blueberry sour was also good but I expected it to be a bit more sour. Tasty but in some ways too much the pomegranate version of the peach. I suspect it's the addition of blueberry to the mix.
I also knocked off a chicken bacon ranch salad (I was just back from a pizza binge in Chicago...). Also good - not huge but filling with lots of tasty bacon.
This spot offers a welcoming environment with clear allergen information and well-trained, pleasant staff ensuring a safe gluten-free experience. Its gluten-free menu is varied and dependable, making it a reliable choice for those with gluten allergies.

Well, it was super fast to pick up. My boyfriend said the guy at the counter was nice. Post that, not great. The food was so gross. I was so excited because I have some pretty serious gluten allergy and they had such a clear allergens menu. I got the shrimp tacos and the chips and salsa. My boyfriend got the chicken tacos and the chips and queso with chorizo. He said the queso wasn't bad, but the chips we both got were stale and both of our tacos were awful. The shrimp was barely cooked and the chicken was unseasoned. They were either 90% lettuce or 90% cilantro with no in between or balance. We also got half of another persons order and that stuff i couldn't eat and my boyfriend tried the quesadilla and spit it right back out. Was so disappointed, but you live and you learn.

First time eating, they had a gluten free option (be warned no gluten free on lunch so you have to pay dinner prices for it). Food was very tasty and quick

I haven’t had Domino’s in over 10 years. I’m gluten-free and usually choose other options. I took a chance tonight for delivery. My husband ordered his own pizza. When the delivery driver arrived, our doorbell wasn’t working and we weren’t aware. I’m sure he knocked and we didn’t hear it. He left our pizzas on the porch. We were paying cash so we never paid him. I called Domino’s to pay for the pizza and thank them for still leaving it. The manager said his driver left it because this area has such good customers the driver was positive someone would call and take care of it and we deserved our hot pizza. The manager offered to send his driver back for payment. The gluten-free was amazing, the Customer Service was great and the driver deserves an extra tip for putting customers needs first.
