The Palms is a fabulous combination of nursery, homewares and restaurant.
Due to its popularity they couldn’t seat us in the main dining room at lunchtime on a Saturday with no reservation, but no matter, there’s a more casual cafe in the garden out back that’s almost as good.
The menu is more limited - pizza and fish and chips and burgers for example, but the setting can't be beat.
The garden is lovely, and amazingly, even the gluten free pizza turned out pretty good.
