It's a bit of an institution in Cefalù, recommended by several people. For us, excellent service, fast and precise, not very long menu but excellent selection and in the menu/magazine several useful explanations on the origin of some "truly" local dishes. Really excellent and well-prepared food, excellent and relaxed atmosphere, open kitchen, the fact of not being able to book is an advantage for me, there are enough seats inside and outside and the fast service helps.
Among the most "tasty" and particular things, the "babbaluci co' sucu" (snails in sauce) and the Mangia e Bevi, spring onions wrapped in bacon and cooked on the grill, but also excellent pasta..
For gluten-free, clear and easy choices.

Incredible pizza, made from rice flour and just 12% gluten in the base. Delicious toppings, the base was crunchy and crispy and yet deep and squidgy at the same time! Well worth a visit and such incredible value. Two pizzas, two Diet Cokes and two glasses of wine, just £22!

There’s nothing exceptional about the restaurant. Much better places with 50m walk. I had pasta with sardines for lunch, and it was average and not very hot. My other half had a gluten free pizza (she’s caeliac), and it was made using a frozen base because the toppings were cooked but the base was not. Instead of making a new pizza, it was put back in to oven and brought back exactly as it was taken away. Not good enough. Again, much better g/f choices within a short walk. Disappointed
