We arrived and sat outside. My friend is disabled, and so we could park her mobility scooter easily outside.
After 5 mins, I had to go and find someone, to get a menu.
We both ordered a pizza, as the menu states they cook gluten free food. But then the waitress came out and said that there was no gluten free pizzas, and she could have a spaghetti or salad. She went for the spaghetti with truffle.
After mine arrived, we were told her’s would take longer to cook as gluten free. I had finished mine (or it would have been cold!), before her’s arrived! They could have held mine back so we could eat together.
Finally, like many other London restaurants the toilets are downstairs. So I went next door and across the road to try to find an accessible loo.
While I was out searching, they gave her the bill. When I got back I asked for a copy, but the waitress said she had to keep it. So I took a photo to pay my share later that evening.
When I went to repay her it was the WRONG BILL !!!!!!!! We were charged for a family of 4.
Disappointed totally with the service and will not return because of this. Saying all the above, the food was very tasty, so it’s a shame it was let down.
