My family and I have been loyal patrons of Prime Catch for years, visiting regularly for Christmas Eve, family dinners, and lunches. We’ve always enjoyed the familiarity of our go-to favorites: the Blanco Flatbread and French Onion Soup, which we've ordered without issue even during the holidays. However, this year's experience was incredibly disappointing, and we will not be returning. We made our reservation for Christmas Eve months in advance, expecting the usual warm atmosphere and delicious food we’ve come to love. To our surprise, when we were seated, we were informed that there was a set menu for the evening. This was never communicated to us when making the reservation, nor was it posted anywhere online. It was a complete shock. Our family consists of picky eaters, and as someone with dietary restrictions (I eat gluten-free), the set menu was a major inconvenience. Almost none of us could find something we were happy with, and the lack of substitutions made it even more frustrating. Normally, we’d simply go with our regular orders, which we know and trust. But this time, there was no flexibility or options. What made matters worse was the manager’s complete lack of willingness to help. When we voiced our concerns, we were met with indifference and no effort to accommodate our needs. The restaurant felt unusually quiet, with the bar completely empty by 7:30 pm, which was a stark contrast to the lively atmosphere we’ve experienced in previous years. Makes us think they have pushed many other customers away. This was a special night for our family, and Prime Catch’s failure to properly communicate the set menu and offer any sort of accommodations left us incredibly disappointed. After years of being loyal customers, we feel this was a major letdown, and sadly, we won’t be returning. We expected better from a restaurant we've supported for so long.

Our server Vee was amazing. My granddaughter has a gluten allergy and Vee went out of her way to accommodate her. She was efficient and cared about our experience. I will come back and ask for her. So happy we came here tonight!!

I was in the West Palm Beach area looking for something healthy to eat. After a quick google search I decided to try Natuurlik. I was amazed by the freshness, the delicious taste, warm & friendly staff, the variety of healthy & good food and did I mentioned it was DELICIOUS! From smoothies, healthy island style patties, juices, sweet potato fries, tacos, açaí bowls, burritos, burgers, plates of food such as jerk jackfruit bowl which I had with your choice of wild rice, quinoa & brown or white rice I believe (don’t quote me on the 3rd choice) along with steamed veggies & plantains and so much more. I recommend the entire menu, it was soooo delicious!!! They serve vegan & gluten free as well. This is my new spot to keep me on track with my health goals! Thank you Natuurlik Fam!!!

Beautiful restaurant and romantic atmosphere , our charcuterie board was excellent, delicious meats and lovely cheeses to share plus candied nuts olives and cured cherries, The wedge blue cheese salad was great. My husband had a pizza which was pretty good could’ve been cooked a little more and I had a gluten-free pasta which was pretty good but a little salty Next time I will ask to watch the salt. Overall I would say the meal was nice
