Shannon is absolutely amazing, also got to meet the owner. Being gluten free and after eating the pizza i now have a new spot i feel safe to eat at. Owner also said needs just a little notice and can do basically anything i want even pasta gluten free which we do not get much of in the area. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. EXCELLENT cheesesteaks. Saratoga is my favorite. The owners are super personable and the service was great. Park across the street at the lot so great location. Parking not an issue. Fries are good and seem homemade. The normal cheesesteak has a ton of cheese so go lite on it if you want more meat flavor. Either way this ranks with the top Philly cheesesteaks. No gluten free bread if you need that.
