Earlier, gfs and I indulged in a delightful journey of flavors with @vegan_wakamama - wholesome plant-based gluten-free omakase. Chef Joyce does not add sugar and salt in her cooking. Superb culinary creations that you gotta try! @herbyvorefoods was used in one of the dish too 😍. She’s able to customise omakase to be allium free (do request accordingly) & if you like to learn cooking, she offer that too. Must make reservation before heading down. For Omakase, we paid $158/pax. After adding mocktail drinks and taxes, ~$200/ pax. Cozy restaurant, perfect for an intimate gathering with loved ones 😋💚.

I ate here several times on a previous trip to Singapore and this restaurant is the reason I booked this hotel for my current trip (Cultivate is located inside of the Maxwell Reserve Marriott Autograph hotel in Chinatown.) The food is delicious, healthy, safe for me as a Celiac who is also allergic to dairy… AND is artfully presented. The menu is broad and will please healthy and non-healthy eaters alike. There is great ambiance- dining inside of an aesthetically pleasing library. The service is warm and friendly. The only con is that the food delivery can be a bit slow at times, but I’ve found if I mention I have a time constraint then they can speed it up. Please note the morning meal is a “regular” breakfast menu (to cater to the hotel guests) but they have GF & V options and are aware of best practices for cross-contamination etc. I’ll definitely be back when I am next in Singapore. Highly recommend!!
