Restaurants like this make being gluten free easy. It’s hard to find good gluten free food. I about lost my mind when I saw the lemon bars and quite a few deserts are gluten free. Seriously if you’re gluten free stop in or order online. You won’t be disappointed

Went for brunch with friends & this was hands down one of the best brunches we've ever had. The food was fantastic & the server was kind, knowledgeable & super helpful. Our friends have a gluten allergy & I have a cilantro allergy. Everything was safe for us to eat and far exceeded my expectations. I've had great dinners here before, but this was our first brunch. It will not be our last! Thank you Red Cow Saint Paul.

The service was fabulous. Pasta dishes were beautifully presented and so so good: Roll your eyes back in your head delicious. A couple of words of caution: We ordered a gluten free meal for our daughter and the kitchen staff delivered the gluten version. Luckily, there were breadcrumbs on top so we questioned it before we ate. The staff apologized and promptly replaced. Also, we are from out of state, the parking lot was full, and we parked in the lot across the street. Lesson learned - we were towed while we ate. Be careful to pay attention to all of the parking rules, especially after dark when you can’t read the signs. There is a predatory tow company that watches for cars to park and then hooks you up and hauls you away. We watched them tow several other cars while we waited for an Uber. Super expensive mistake.

Knowledgeable staff about menu items and ingredients. Plenty of Gluten free options and clearly marked on the menu. Friendly staff. Although when I went there was a group of 6 employees in a meeting and only one staff member trying to handle the entire restaurant during a busy time. I didn’t understand the management of that. Our waiter was great however.

Ended up doing a pick up order here bc the gf has a gluten allergy— 10/10, would recommend! Ordered the combo for 2 and Thai Fried Rice with chicken. So. Much. Food. All of it was so good, will definitely be going back and sampling more items! So happy we ended up finding this place.

The gluten free options looked limited when I was reading their online menu, but when we got there I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had even more options then I had initially thought. Would totally go back again for the patio space, friendly staff, and good food!
