Disappointing experience. Although listed as vegan and gluten free in google, the options are very limited.
I had a soup that was decent. My partner had a vegan platter(warmed on a microwave) that came in a small cafeteria plate with a spoon full of 2 sides and a tiny falafel(not gluten free) "wrap".
There were plenty of gluten-free options. The salads were fresh but small for a meal. The flat breads were plenty to share, staff was friendly, but service was slow.
Cupcakes are great from what others that got cupcakes. Their safety for gluten free was bad. She literally grabbed a regular cupcake then with the same gloved hand reach over and grabbed the gluten free cupcake. Then proceeded to try to put them together in the same container. Then when moving kept grabbing one then the other. Watching her touch the actual cupcake part not just the wrapper. After I said I didn't want it any more cause it wasn't safe, SHE PUT IT BACK in the gluten free case! So now someone else will get it and get sick!
I was looking very forward for weeks to trying this place while in town. What a disappointment.
Edit: After a conversation with a representative. I will be returning to give this business a second chance. It sounds like there are procedures in place that just didn't get followed this time, and from my understanding has been corrected.
I live in the Boston area, and I had to go to Sioux Falls to find the best gluten-free pizza I’ve had yet. Lots of good options for people with gluten sensitivities, and my server was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The prices are a bit high, but it’s justifiable for North End-level Italian food in South Dakota.
Incredible!
I have a gluten, dairy and peanut/tree nut allergy (save coconut) and they were able to make me chicken Tikka masala!!! I haven't been able to find a place in Colorado that will do this. And it was AMAZING!
It was a great experience! Arrived and ordered at 9:30 Friday evening. The staff was attentive and several checked if I'd been helped while a server was clearing a table. Ordered the Traditional Poke bowl and sake. It did take 30 minutes for the dish to come out, but it was a pleasant wait watching several people coming and going. Many gluten free options as well as vegetarian. Excellent food quality and the server was knowledgeable about the sake and food. Would definitely come back!
Than the good Lord for Peaches! Big fan of the menu and have enjoyed everything I’ve ever had on it.
Gluten free crust is SO GOOD. If you’re GF, they do a great job with GF options, including separate friers for GF items.
Specials are always worth trying
Beautiful atmosphere with wonderful live music. The gluten free noodles were splendid and chicken very moist. The only semi-negative part is that the service took quite awhile, from ordering, to getting our food, to getting the check, we had to wait a very long time in between and spent close to 3 hours there.
Splendid!
Theses bowls are a healthy little energy boost to get you through the day. The bowls come with toppings and are very delicious. They are gluten and dairy free. I got the sunrise bowl and was not disappointed! I recommend coming here!
Five emojis that describe my experience are…

We tried 4 flavors of the gluten free donuts. They were all delicious! The donuts are baked not fried. They have a great soft texture. The best gf donuts we have ever had. Five out of five stars! The owners are friendly and helpful!
