The best gluten free pastry and bagel I have ever had. The place is entirely gluten free so no anxiety for a coeliac. The pain au chocolat was some kind of witchcraft - actual buttery flakey layers that I thought I would never experience again since having to go GF. Reasonably priced, great service and atmosphere. Highly recommend for any coeliacs.

I had never heard of Parakeet Cafe until they provided box lunches for an event I attended and I will be a loyalist for life! I had their veggie sandwich on house made gluten-free sourdough, crunchy Chinese salad, and peanut butter shortbread cookie. All gluten and dairy free. So delicious! I can’t wait to visit one of their cafés.

If you're looking for the perfect place to host a special event — look no further! We recently threw a baby shower for my brother and sister-in-law at this restaurant, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. Kumar, the manager, was absolutely amazing — so warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was perfect. He and the staff went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel completely taken care of. The level of service and hospitality was something you rarely find these days! The food was outstanding — every single dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. They were also incredibly accommodating for our gluten-free and vegan guests, which made a huge difference. Everyone felt included and left raving about how delicious everything was. The entire atmosphere was joyful, relaxed, and so special thanks to Kumar and his wonderful team. I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough. Whether you're planning an event or just looking for an amazing meal, you will not be disappointed! We are already looking for excuses to come back. Thank you again to Kumar and the team for making such an important day absolutely unforgettable!

As someone coming from a household with food allergies, we were disappointed by our experience this morning at Pop's. It was our first time here and we went because we have people coming over later and they make gluten free bagels. My family member has Celiac in addition to several other food allergies. We don't usually buy food out, but we thought we may try getting a GF bagel for them too. When we arrived this morning and asked if they could share the ingredients for the gluten free bagels, not only were the staff unable to locate the ingredients list, but they were poorly trained on knowledge of food allergens in general. Ultimately they were unable to help us and we decided not to get anything for that individual- better to be safe. This may be a fine bagel shop for individuals without food restrictions, but if you are one of many people with allergies, I do not recommend going here. We will not be returning.
