I myself am gluten-free, so I was interested in this bakery.🌾The sign said pre-order, but when I asked about it, they said they had some, so I was able to buy freshly baked bread💕For us Japanese people, rice is good, but in this day and age, when we only eat wheat, I was scratching my head, but I was happy that the owner had the same idea. Made with safe, organic ingredients and carefully selected ingredients, the taste is delicious! ! ! Chewy, gentle sweetness. It's hard to buy delicious rice flour or rice bread, so this is a valuable shop. I heard that shipping is also possible, so I would like to order it next time✨

It's not rice flour bread, but rice bread🥰The focus is on growing rice. I'm impressed by the fact that it's made from crushed rice harvested in the fall, and doesn't use white sugar or additives ☺️ Above all, it's really chewy and delicious 😆💕 They're busy developing new products, and I'd like to applaud young people for their creativity and passion for gluten-free and additive-free products 👏 My personal favorites are white anpan and pepper cheese! Moringa bread is also delicious 😍
