45th Parallel Distillery

I'd rate it more than 5 stars if I could. Fantastic liquor, great cocktails, and great food including vegan/gluten-free options. If you have the time the tour is a must - Tobias was so informative and engaging! This is a distillery that is committed to doing things the best way they can, and it shines through in everything they do.

What a gem of a place! It has a great vibe, delicious food, and even more delicious drinks. This was our first visit to 45th Parallel and we went for the Charlie Berens show. The staff did great accommodating all of the comedy show attendees, as well as people who just came in for dinner. Before the show we had dinner. My husband had a wood fired pizza with andouille and he said it was one of the best pizzas he has had. I had a wood fired gluten free pizza with sausage and mushrooms, on top of a garlic sauce. It was so good! During the show I had what was truly the best vodka tonic I’ve ever had, which was topped with 3 dried lime slices and had a generous pour of vodka. I know, vodka tonic is pretty basic, but somehow 45th Parallel managed to make it better. We will definitely be back!
