Had a great evening. My husband got the fish fry, I got the Island stir fry with seared tuna. We also ordered hurricane cocktails and seasoned fries. Everything was fabulous. They are a 100% gluten-free restaurant. It's peaceful, comfortable and relaxing. Lots of outdoor seating in warmer weather. Nice addition to Wauwatosa. I like quirky and different so this place is my jam.

Our server was great and I was happy that they had a gluten free menu . I have celiacs so it was nice to clear up any confusion . They do not have a dedicated fryer if anyone is concerned with cross contamination . Personally I was fine and the food was great . They have these crispy rice coated shrimp and they were excellent ! They also have a selection of soups made with rice noodles that I want to go back and try . Ooo and don't forget your Boba tea !

I’ve been going here since I went to Marquette years ago and to go back with celiac and be able to eat gluten free sushi is a win. They mark the gluten free items on their menu and even have gf soy sauce.

If you are looking for an incredible dinner experience this is your place. The food is so good from the starters to dessert they make sure all details are taken care of. The service is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and does a great job of working with you to find the perfect dish for your enjoyment. The owners are very active and are fantastic. They are concerned with your dining experience and they engage with their patrons and get to know their customers. The pizza is so good and they use Italian imported 00 flour that those with gluten sensitivity can enjoy with no issues. The gluten free pasta is very good and I’m a huge fan of the carbonara. If you haven’t tried this amazing speakeasy with great music and old movies playing in the background to enhance your dining experience you have to get here - make sure you get a reservation before you come.

Atmosphere was trendy and cool. Servers were nice and accommodating for dietary restrictions. We waited a very long time for food, and it was toward the end of service, so it was unclear why. Food was very good. Spamelette was really unique and flavorful. My stomach was upset for a couple hours after eating though, perhaps from the richness. But my friend was also quite sick after she ate a dish they prepared dairy free, gluten free.

I took my daughters (who were visiting) on July 5th, one of the busiest times of the year and yes there was an expected wait but the Hostess, Susan was the most gracious person even though it was insanely busy!! She greeted with a smile and never once lost her cool!! We have eaten at the Craftsman many times! Not only because the atmosphere is trendy, modern and refreshing from all the others but the food is great. More importantly the women in my family have Celiacs and GI and this place is safe for us!! they offer delicious GF options and they use a separate fryer! We have had their parmesan/truffle tater tots, burgers, flatbreads, Nashville hot chicken and tacos—everything was delicious. Our server was a gem!! Also very gracious during a horribly busy time—I wish I could remember her name but she was an adorable young lady with reddish hair that she wore in pigtails. She was very attentive and kind!! Craftsman has a winning combination—great good, great staff and great atmosphere!! Did I mention they support and honor our Vets!!!

One of my go to places in Milwaukee. Gluten Free Cheese Curds and fries cooked in dedicated fryers and buns that don’t crumble easily. Been here a few times and never got sick!

We ordered a taco bar from the Bayside location for a family event with 45 people. It was a hit with all our guests. We put the final order in on a Monday, and the food was ready on time for pick up on Saturday. Staff took the time to show us how to set up the catering trays so everything stayed warm without burning. The food was on the mild side, which is what we needed for a large gathering. Have some hot sauce ready for spice loving guests. All main dishes were gluten free. Corn tortillas were packed separately from the flour tortillas. My only suggestion would be to label the salsas. We had a couple people doing tasting to figure it out. Overall, I would recommend Jose's Blue Sombrero for an informal event.

Amazing customer service, people were extremely nice and friendly. Food was good and had excellent choices for vegan and gluten free, allergy friendly menu items. Not super expensive either, which is a huge plus so I can come here more regularly. Only leaving 4 stars because of the water having salt/minerals* and they had to remake my friend’s vegan tacos. Also would add that my mocktail was mostly ice… They were really good about providing allergen free laminated menus with notes. *Suggestion to restaurant, I know other people have commented about the water. It probably would have been a 5 stars if not for water quality. It just was a gritty tap like taste. (FYI water snobs in Madison, RED has the best free water served in restaurants)

I wish I lived closer bc this place is amazing! They can make basically anything off menu gluten free. They are aware of cross-contact and did it well. They had some interesting dishes I’ve never heard of like a burrito with pistachios and portabellas in with the chicken (my mom had in a corn tortilla). I had enchiladas without shells and they were great. I ate cactus for the first time as a side and it was yummy! I’m sensitive and had no reactions. They were so incredibly fast. I went to the bathroom after we ordered and the food was at the table when I came back!! Good portions and decent price. They were friendly, good with the kids and came out and sang for my son’s bday when we mentioned it. Loved this place.

After a road of many ups, and then a few downs, it seems like they are back on track to being well renowned! Juniors had my heart for a long time, amazing wings, great go-to burgers, and now I have tremendous respect for the owner(s), and chef. The kitchen seems as some staff have some things to tweak out, some meals messed up, but Jeff, the owner, did not hesitate to make amends. The first 3 photos are my most resent result, juicy meat, tasty fries, and a decent amount of consommé. The next 3, are results from last night, less than satisfactory. I reached back out regarding my meal last night and they were quick to respond. I am so excited to come back here and enjoy what else they will have to offer. Menu seems to have changed a few times since I started enjoying food here, and seems to be something for everyone. Gluten free options, vegan, vegetarian, pasta lovers, and even some mexican taste! Thankyou Jeff for allowing me to have a new outlook on your restaurant.

Excellent customer service. Waitperson was very attentive. Delicious decaf and regular coffee. The pancakes were delicious and huge! The French Toast was very good. Nice, warm maple syrup is served. Breakfast is served all day. Pancakes. Waffles, Crepes, omelets, oatmeal, etc. Gluten free options available. Highly recommend.

Always fresh, friendly and fast. Arrived for lunch around 12:30pm and two of us were seated right away, watered with drink orders taken. A few quick questions and order in for a bunless California burger with sweet potato fries for an extra $1, and a BLT club with fruit were in. Shortly after, order arrived, with a bun. Luckily not celiac so they took it back briefly to remove it and “pretty it up.” So all was well and delicious with leftovers. Have been a long time repeat customer since it was Christina’s.

Waukesha is truly blessed with a vibrant dining scene, and Tofte's Table is a shining example of what makes this city such a great place for foodies. Exceptional doesn’t even begin to describe it! From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we were in for an incredible evening. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and intimate. The service? Top-notch. Our server was not only extremely knowledgeable about the menu but also made sure we had everything we needed. And the care they took to accommodate Anne’s gluten-free needs? Absolutely above and beyond. They didn’t just meet expectations; they exceeded them in every way. Of course, the star of the evening was the food. We decided to go all in with the Chef’s Selection, a seven-course surprise tasting menu. Even though we were a party of four (and one gluten-free), they graciously made it happen for us. Every dish was amazing, both in presentation and flavor. Here’s a taste of what we had: Duck Confit ‘Tostada’ – Crispy wonton topped with duck confit, shiitakes, bok choy, queso fresco, sesame tomatoes, and hoisin. A perfect start with layers of flavor. Fried Chicken – This simple dish blew us away! Perfectly crispy drumsticks with coarse mustard, honey, and a maple drizzle. And the gluten-free version for Anne? Absolutely amazing and an unexpected treat. This might have been our favorite of the night! Tomato & Burrata – Charred roma tomatoes paired with creamy burrata, red onion jam, basil olive oil, and balsamic glaze, served with grilled ciabatta. A fresh and flavorful highlight a real table pleaser. Wisconsin Kielbasa – Butternut and russet hash, sautéed kale and Brussels sprouts, pickled red cabbage, and coarse mustard aioli. This dish brought together the perfect balance of savory and tangy. Gulf Shrimp – Sautéed shrimp served over cheese ravioli with a sun-dried tomato cream, sautéed shallots, spinach, red bell peppers, asparagus, and fried parsnips. Braised Short Ribs – Melt-in-your-mouth short ribs over parmesan risotto, with honey-glazed carrots and radishes in a rich braising reduction. The definition of elevated comfort food. And for dessert? Sticky Toffee Bread Pudding and a Flourless Chocolate Cake (GF). Both were decadent, indulgent, and the perfect way to end an unforgettable meal. The evening was nothing short of fantastic, and we can’t thank Jason and Cristina Tofte enough for the impeccable experience they’ve created. From the thoughtful accommodations to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, everything about Tofte’s Table is designed to make you feel at home while treating you to something truly special. I was in Waukesha visiting family and was hungry, So I decided to try someplace new to me and unique. I Googled restaurants near me. This little gem popped up. I was a 1/2 a mile from it... The owner/Chefs name is Francisco. He was so helpful and very genuinely nice! The atmosphere was also something to remember with the music that seemed to take me to Venezuela! My mouth is watering as I remember the visit. There are gluten-free and vegetarian options as well! I am looking forward to returning soon!

Got the bbq chicken(7.7) and gluten free pepperoni (9.3, rated by gf). Great crisp and not a lot of grease. Could have used a tad more bbq sauce but overall solid pizza. Gf said the gluten free pizza was some of the best she’s ever had. Great spot and polite waiter.

All you can eat Brazilian steakhouse. We enjoyed taking our time and sampling everything. Everything from the grill is gluten free and the salad bar is clearly marked. Nicol was our server and she made it a nice evening for us.

This place was wonderful and a safe place for celiacs to eat until they changed the menu. The online menu still states things are gluten free, however they are not. Disappointing after doing research for a safe place to eat I thought I found one, and it isn’t. The food and service was always top notch and I understand making changes to make a financially viable business-however please change your online menu to reflect this. Many of us with allergies research before going out to eat and it’s disheartening for that research to be incorrect based on outdated information.

Hannah was amazing! She was so cheerful and greeted us with a smile. Our drinks were delivered quickly. We were amazed how fast our food arrived too. The temperature of the food was perfect. My baked fish was seasoned and baked perfectly. Nice job to the kitchen! The coleslaw and tarter sauce are delicious. Sometimes there is too much vinegar at other establishments. It is nice to know there is a gluten free bun for other menu items. The baked apple was the perfect finish for a little sweetness. We had a nice Friday night fish fry night!
