This review is specifically for anyone who may have allergy issues, dietary restrictions, etc. Alex was a very knowledgeable and helpful server for our experience. With one family member with celiac, he immediately explained their cross contamination procedures, how they had GF tempura, items were prepared in separate spaces with as separate fryer, and pointed out not only which dishes were already gluten free but which ones could also be made gluten free. When inquiring about a California Roll, he said imitation crab meat often has a wheat product that can have gluten, so he offered to substitute fresh crab meat that would be safe. He offered without asking Tamari sauce, showing his knowledge of soy sauce being a no-no for celiacs. The rolls we ordered were extremely fresh, tasty. For non-celiac members of our party, we loved the short rib dumplings, tuna crispy rice, and a variety of other rolls we ordered.
