Truly excellent restaurant with lots of refined, elaborate and quality vegan and vegetarian options! I tried the entire vegan menu and it even surpasses many exclusively vegan restaurants with its offerings!! Even the omnivorous and vegetarian options are super and always satisfy all diners! The great thing is that you can try the typical flavors of the area but with that extra touch of refinement and modernity that will leave you pleasantly surprised! A restaurant truly in step with the times that also respects intolerances by preparing lactose-free and gluten-free dishes without sacrificing taste! Congratulations to the chefs and staff!
