54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse

Bailey was our server and made our first dining experience at this restaurant one to remember! Very attentive & friendly, extremely on point, and food came out perfect. I was very impressed by her & the meal & dessert. She is very good at what she does, enjoys it, and that shows! She even showed me the gluten free menu- They are lucky to have her.

Never have I ever had my meal come out correctly at any 54th Street location. Literally never. Today was another adventure in patience. I ordered a burger, gluten free, with no ranch or cheese. The burger had cheese and ranch on it, so I had to send it back due to my food allergies. My family got their food and after waiting 20 minutes finally are and it was another 10 before I got my remake where I have to ask for help again as they messed up the remake by giving me a plain patty on a gluten free bun with none of the other toppings like the avocado. I had to wait longer for the rest to get brought out. The waitress was nice and apologized. It's a recurring issue that it seems the kitchen messes up custom meals. The burger quality was really poor with zero flavor. The meat tasted like a frozen patty you buy in bulk at the grocery store in the sleeve. My daughter had the same dry sad patty on hers. The burger has no soul. We came here before my wife absolutely loves the Lemon Pepper wings but they were out of traditional wings and tried the boneless. That was a mistake as it was just chunks of chicken deep fried. She ate a few pieces and decided it wasn't worth the calories. I don't think we will be back to any 54th Street any time soon.
