I was so excited to hear that this place will make your food with gluten free soy sauce. I have not had any Chinese food in over 6 years due to being a celiac. The food was excellent and the staff was attentive and wonderful. My husband and son said that the 'gluten-full' items were delicious as well. As always if you have an allergy, please proceed with caution but I ate there with no issue.
